We spent a 2 week holiday in Tenerife in the Hotel Arona Gran. September 2005 The hotel was brilliant, bright, clean, with well mannered guests and staff who looked after us well, (but) as this was a top hotel I objected to the waiters leaning across diners whilst serving.... more

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way as nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
Only complaint was that the Airtours rep was never there but we didn't need him so it wasn't a problem . . . but could have been.
Would definitely recommend it!!

The hotel looked very nice and luxurious, almost like a 5 star hotel. The rooms were good, pool was good, and the entertainment was good. The bad things were construction work going on at the pool side bar, but that didn't really bother us or many other guests, the pool... more
