First of all people say you get what you pay for but come on, we have paid less in the past and had wonderful holidays, this just wasn't a holiday. The Planamar website is incorrect; it shows photos and has virtual tours of roof top activities that don't exist, no gym also.
The hotel itself was small and grotty, we had to lock ourselves in our own room as the door wouldn't stay shut. I could hardly move in the bathroom, but we did have a room with a view… a building site - how romantic.
The food wasn't fit for a rat, we ate out alot thank goodness. I hated the attitude of the staff on reception but most of the bar lads were cool and worked really hard. The entertainment was sad as well.
If you have this dump booked please cancel, you will thank me in the end it really is that bad.
