We have been regular visitors since 1993, and 'chill out' here. What could be easier than a 15 minute transfer from the airport, an informal and relaxing ambience, two delightfully clean swimming pools and friendly patrons. Meals are an option, and we find quite adequate, without the need to go chasing round for restaurants. The village, typically Greek, is also relaxing, and the locals are delighted to see you. We always find Babis and his family very welcoming and always available for your needs. Nice as it is to visit other places, we always find a slot to visit this idyllic place. Neil & Anita Arrowsmith

DO NOT BOTHER.
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night only and chose to move on from there. All the hidden costs mean that you are better to book yourself a more expensive hotel and you will end up paying a comparable price.
The pool was lovely, no towels provided. Room was very basic with a shower that did not work properly and could not be secured to wall whilst showering. In fact the bathroom resembled a waterpark when you used it.
We were quoted for b&b and air con however on arrival were told that air con would cost an extra €7 per night and breakfast another €5 per night per person. We choose to pay this only to find the air con was poor and breakfast consisted of a stale toasted roll with some foul coffee, watered down juice and strips of fat(bacon).
If you are having your holiday on this lovely Island I would recommed staying in Rhodes itself or one of the other bigger resorts and certainly no where near the Garden hotel.
The as advertised friendly owner even joked that if you use anything in his hotel it costs extra, this was as he held over the air con remote and instructed us not to put it below 25 degrees.

Fantastic hotel been evey year for 10 years,got married there last year they organised eveything and it was perfect.Massive pool, staff are so friendly,food nice.Home from home.Flights are so high now that its spoiling it.Small village which is so friendly and welcoming.Babis and his family cannot do enough for you.My kids are 11 and 13 now and still love it there.There were 48 of us there last year for the wedding and everyone loved it.

Fantastic people, lovely food all home prepared. Lovely clean accommodation.
Swimming pools fabulous and surroundings. Same staff for the last 7 years since we've been going.
Village short stroll away with friendly bars and food if you need it. 3 supermarkets,chemist etc.
Hotel does its own trips really good value for money. If you need car hire hotel arrange it all for you.
So my advice is just relax and enjoy.

You'll find when talking to the guests at the ‘Garden’ everyone has been many times before.
We have been there over 4 years at different times and 2007 was the best. We took our 18 month baby with no fear's what so ever.
With freshly prepared meals every day, a very clean room and a lovely family atmosphere we really enjoyed our holiday.
The village is quiet by day and comes alive at night. There's is a great restaurant in the village square, a lively sports bar with entertainment and interest cafe, a pizzeria and even a gym if the pool at the garden is not enough!
The Supermarket located just a short min walk towards the centre stocks everything a young family need with lots of baby formula and nappies. Plus fresh fruit and veg, wine and beer and snacks if needed. The Garden really is a great holiday destination.
Everyone is very friendly, taxi's into Rhodes Town take about 35mins and cost no more that 18euro's the Garden offer lots of day trips and their air con bus goes out daily all over the island.
One little bit of advise... stay away from the school hols as it gets busy and a little nosier at night sometimes.

I just wish I could keep this place secret…but I cant, it is quite simply delightful.
Pastida is just five minutes from the airport. The rooms are basic but more than adequate. All food is prepared fresh every day for those who have any special requests Babis is always flexible.
The hotel is far enough from the night life for comfort but near enough to enjoy if you wish. Plenty to do and see or just "cook" by the pools.
Will be enjoying another two weeks in 2008, no problem.
