On arrival we were a little put out as they did not expect an english family no other english families at this hotel. As it was a last minute we just thought so long as hotel clean food good & surrounging resort ok we could not go wrong. So we settled in . Room was dated but spacious, the food was excellant pools & waterpark were fantastic. The kids club were also german but took our 5yr old in with no problems, she still went everyday. But on our return journey the transfer company told us our flight had been moved to a later slot in the day but that day & trying to check in the Thomson rep said we had missed our flights. Were lefyt in airport with no support had to fly to other english airport at extra cost to us then get home from there. Not impressed as A2B have denied this.
