Oh NO, dirty dirty!!!! Second time back in Marmaris. What a brilliant AI holiday. The kids loved Ibo and Cookie, the entertainers.
Overall a lovely hotel. Very clean. Food great. Staff very friendly. Entertainment was good. Children really enjoyed the slide in the pool.
Would definately go back again if we were gauranteed the same staff.

This was our second visit to the Royal Garden, and all 11 of us had a fab time. Ibo & Cookie provided great entertainment which we were only too happy to join in with especially the Sundance. The staff all around the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great time....yeah baby!

i honestly can't praise this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived in the gorgeous reception area till the end of the week, we enjoyed every second. The entertainment provided by Ebo and Cooke couldn't have been better, from the sun dance in the morning through to the shows at night we were laughing constantly, they totally made our holiday and we'll definitely be going back if they still provide the entertainment. We actually really missed them when we left. I'm a very fussy eater yet everyday i found something i liked whether it be from the snack bar or the restaurant. there's a good selection and yes, as other people on here have mentioned there is chicken served nearly everyday but it made a delicious meal everytime. The staff are really friendly and the majority spoke english well enough to have a conversation. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday with fresh towels put in. You will always see someone cleaning something around the place. drinks maybe are watered down a bit during the day but seemed a lot stronger at night and we all managed to get drunk! The professional photographer takes great photos and the couple we were with bought a whole album of them. Turkish bath was very enjoyable and you can book day trips throught the welcome pack left in your room, boat trip highly recommended. This is definitely a hotel to try, how anyone can say anything bad about it is beyond me as you can see by the other reviews on here that almost everyone loved their stay, the entertainment is fantastic and its great food, what more do people want? The only problem and it isn't even really that is that they changed it to you only being allowed to put your towel on the loungers from 7am and the security guard stood at the door to make sure no-one did or they would be put back up at reception but i guess most hotels don't like the towels out too early. There is a supermarket right across the road and a few pubs just down from the holiday but please watch if you go down to the shops at bar street, the men are extremely pushy and rude which totally put me off shopping there and i've been to turkey before and know they are not normally like this. Overall if your looking for a great holiday with fantastic entertainment then go here, you'll never forget Ebo and Cooke once you've met them and if i can find them on facebook i will be following them so if i book to go next year i'll know where they are!

we arrived at the hotel a bit worried because we had 2 rooms and we wanted them close as we have a 12 year old..we were offered a beautiful family room (which your tour operator will not offer you so ask) and the whole week was brilliant.
Food fantastic pool great close to everything you need and the owners were absouloutly fantastic. would go back this year but they are fully booked ..

Dont read the bad things you hear, the hotel is really good and I really enjoyed my two week stay there I am in the process of booking to go back.
Reception staff can speak good english and are very helpful. The rooms are clean and well furnished.
The entertainment is good, Ibo and Cookie are great fun, they really made our holiday even better. There is a new animation boy sean, who is good fun too. There is always something to do during the day from pool games to snooker, table tennis, bowls and lots more. However you do not have to take part if you dont want to.. its always a good laugh to watch during the day. Also the slide is great fun for all ages, which is open at different times of the day.
Also at night there is always entertainment on and then karoake at 11, but do not worry the music goes of at 12 so that you can get a good night sleep.
There is a decent selection of food, that even the fussiest eater can find something to eat. They also have an excellent snack bar that is open suring the day where you can get the likes of pizza, burgers, baked potatoes, pancakes, chips, omlette and lots more. Always something you can eat.
Within the hotel there is also a professional photographer who does excellent photos (you can have a personal photo shoot) that you can purchase at a good price
The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach however there is a bus that stops outside the hotel every 10 or so minutes and is only 1.50 turkish lira for as many stops as you want, and this will take you right down to the center.
I would definately reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants a fun filled holiday.

I dont understand people who can write anything bad about this hotel or the entertainment team. This hotel was amazing from the day we arrived to the day we left. Also Ebo and Cookie make ur holiday at this hotel they work so hard and make sure everyone is having a good time. The only reason i would go back top the Royal Garden if Ebo and Cookie was still there they are so Funny Guys. You have to be up for a laugh to go to this hotel. The staff are all friendly and coulnt do any more for you. There is a great choice of food aswell there will always be something on that you will like. You dont know what you are missing untill you go here its amazing. Dont let any of the bad reviews put you off. Me and my Girlfriend went to the royal Garden for 2 weeks in may and we both wanted to stay.

just returned from a all inclusive 2 week stay at the royal garden and straight from the start it was a nightmare with the managment we were forced to stay in a family room with the girlfriends parents on the top floor even though my girlfriends mother is disabled the food and bar manager was trying to stop you using your all inclusive privallges and many people had money and stuff pinched from there hotel room including myself which i had secured,the only thing that made the holiday worth wile was the entertainment from ibo and cookie they were friendly and entertaining for all the family i can say hand on heart that they make this hotel and i will be following them on facebook to see were they will be next year fingers crossed it wont be at the royal garden

I've stayed at the Ryal Garden twice now. Very clean and food is great all buffet style but really tasty. would recomend. Only problems I've found. Is the air conditioning is rubbish, it needs replacing (However they don't charge extra for it)And theres a guy who entertains called Ibo. He does work very hard and long hours. But to be honest he goes over the top. You get fed up of him after a while and he annoys you with pool games when your trying to rest by the pool. He's the only reason I now book elsewhere. If you read this Royal Garden. Get rid of Ibo and I'll be back. Hotel gets top marks on everything else.

We stayed for 1 week in Sep 2009 and were very pleased with the standards of the hotel.
The staff were very friendly, hotel/rooms were clean and the food was brilliant. There was a great selection of food at all meal times and was just too good to resist. The local beer served was Efes. It was only a short bus ride away from the centre of Marmaris ( TL 1.25)or a 15-20 min walk away, but we stayed at the hotel most of the time as the entertainment/ambience were just great.The staff were very attentitive to your needs and made you feel very much at home. We would not hesitate in returning to this hotel for another holiday.

Overall this hotel is amazing i couldnt of asked for better. The staff were really friendly and were always up for a laugh ,the entertainment staff, Ibo,Gerki,Sercan and abi were just the best they made the holiday it was such a laugh. Me and my family are defentially booking for next year as your garenteed the brilliant sun and the amazing hotel and people. I didnt want to leave after 14 days thats how good it was, i would reccomend this hotel to everyone. The nightlife at the hotel is really good ,your always garenteed and brilliant night, as we got dancing on the bar with gerki and the comedy nights are really funny and you should defentially get up dancing with everyone its the best. It was my best holiday ever so i am defentally going again. Thankyou everyone at Royal Garden for making the holiday amazing cya soon .
