2 weeks at Georgia hotel was "simply" excellent! We had a two rooms on the top-floor, with wonderful view, 2 adults 2 teens and 3 kids, fantastic place for vacations!! Nice family hotel, great hospitality and very helpful!

Great hotel, if you manage to get the room you had booked & paid for!!! from Pool_Dwellers
We had carefully chosen this hotel having read all the fantastic reviews written about it and couldn't wait to get there to chill out by the pool. Having arrived at 4am Sunday morning we were informed the hotel was fully booked along with 5 other couples and we may get a room Wednesday Thursday - bearing in mind we would have to vacate our room on the Saturday. We were put up in a damp smelling drab room 500 yards away from where we should have been staying. When we complained & told them we would put up for this for 1 night only we were offered our passports back & told to find somewhere else by Peter the aggressive father. Eventually we were told we could have a room on the Monday. This turned out to be a staff bedroom with only 1 window which had a towel pinned up at it. I tried to unpack and in the drawers there were condoms & other unmentionables. We were in this room until the Wednesday when we were eventually given the room we had booked & paid for. If you book this hotel & get the room you have booked then you are very lucky if what happened to us it totally spoils your holiday. Initially the daughter blamed her dad saying she was on holiday at the time the bookings were being sent through and he did not know how to access the internet. However we all booked over a 3 month period not the 4 days she was away. When we, along with the other unfortunate couples told her we would be complaining she blamed it on our tour operators. Apparently she informed us, this is a common occurrence at this hotel and happens every year. The reviews comment on this being a friendly family hotel, however if you dare to complain you will see a totally different attitude.
