I have never been to a place like this before .There was no reception when we arrived and went from building to building to find someone to show us to our room.Eventually we found someone to show us our room. There was a musty smell, and on inspecting the bed linen found that they were not clean. The towels in the bathroom had been used before. The bedroom was very dusty and had not been cleaned for some time, the kitchen sink was filthy and the crockery and eating utensils had also not been cleaned for some time. There was a very small shower room but that together with the washing sink were filthy.I would not recommend anyone to book there holiday there. We asked to be moved and after a lot of arguing were moved to another room which was a little better but we sure that it was cleaned first before moving in.

Following on from my previous review. I have just read again the information given for the Tasiana Complex, where they state they have 5 buildings built next to each other. This infact is completely incorrect as there are 2 buildings in the pool complex and 2 of the others are actually adjacent in a different road and the 5th one is called the Marianna at the end of the road where the main buildings are.
All adds to the dreadful accomodation .

This was without doubt the worst place that wwe have ever stayed in. We arrived in the dark and were dropped off by the minibus driver after having to ask where we were. The apartment we were allocated on arrival was dirty, had broken curtain rails with curtains hanging off. There was no mirror in the bathroom and the upright pole holding the shower head was loose and fell off. the cupboards were dirty as were the windows. sheets were torn. and it goes on. we were given a change of room the next morning which seemed better but the standard of the service was dreadful. One clean towel over the whole week, the dirty ones were left in the room. the cleaning was non existant apart from the occasional mopping of the floor and we still had torn sheets on the bed. the list of complaints that we made at the resort actually numbers 15 from room 1 ans 7 from room 2.

i have just spent 2 weeks of pure hell in this place it should be renamed tasiana hell camp. kids and adults were told to keep quiet no swimming before 9am &after 6pm the pool was filthy, many people had ear infectons from the dirty water. the daughter who ran the tasiana 2 was so rude to all the guests even telling them to leave when we complained about the dirty apartment no clean towels for 12 days changed bed lien on 13day. the apartment was only swept twice. the rep for olimpics was named viccy north
she was no more use than an headache she took the owners side everytime, we asked her into the apartment to see if she could identify a foul smell from the kitchen cuboards and the wardrobes she couldnt smell anything but we were told to move every thing up higher all our clothes smelt the guests could smell them but MISS NORTH COULDNT,all of the tasianas complex are a disgrass i think watch dog should sent someone out to limasoll to check on all these apartments we shall never go again but it may stop another family from wasting there hard earned cash on a holliday from hell.

Our long awaited 2 week holiday was such a disappointment, from the moment we were dropped off outside the reception area of tasiana 2, the reception was dark and dissmall, after booking in we were told to follow the BOY to ower room no.1,this room was infested with ants, cocroaches and other insects, the bed linen was dirty, kitchen sink looked as if a mopbucket had been emptyed in it, fridge had stale milk all inside it, to many things to say that was wrong, all floor area needed a good clean, I JUST SAT DOWN AND CRYED. we reported this we were moved to a next room no.15. this room was a little better except bathroom sink, shower tray needed cleaning, smell in cupboards under sink was comeing from thick mold on back wall, work tops needed cleaning, all floors needed cleaning, bed sheets were a dusty gray in colour, not white, microwave needed cleaning, reported room yet again, room was looked at and again cleaned except for bathroom I MYSELF ended up doing it.microwave and toaster was taken out of room had two pay extra for them, At 6.30am the following morning we were woken bybuilding work across from apartment. WE WOULD STRONGLEY RECOMEND TASIANA 2 A NO GO AREA

Cant believe the reviews i have read. We have just retruned from the Tasiana appartments where we spent a very enjoyable week. The appartments were very clean and tidy and very big. We had a lovely balacony. The rooms were cleaned every day and had our sheets / towels changed 3 times in the week. The managers and workers at the hotel were very kind and caring. We even left them a tip as they were so good. They were very helpful in guiding us to good places. The pool was fantastic and was very clean.
We had an absolute fantastic holiday and a very memorable one thanks to the hotel staff.
We are even going to book again for next year.

Review for Tasiana apartments
Well, where do I start… DON’T GO THERE! We read the reviews after we had booked the holiday and were a little concerned at the mixed bag of reviews. We are positive people and thought hey, it’s only somewhere to sleep at the end of the day. We only went for a week but seriously considered moving elsewhere. If we had booked for two weeks we most certainly would have moved! Everyone we spoke to were unhappy and wanted to move as far away from ‘Tattyana’ as possible. We saw people arrive, go to their rooms and then we saw them leave approximately 10 mins later! The place is filthy, crawling with ants and the owners are the rudest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. We were in room 41 in Tasiana 2 and it was like being in a sauna, we were struggling to breathe in there! I immediately went down and paid for a weeks worth of air conditioning (8 euros a day), however, a whole day passed before anyone came with the remote control needed to turn it on (despite repeatedly asking). Eventually, when it had been turned on it was clearly broken; a faint movement of air came out of it that resembled something like an asthmatic blowing at you through a straw! It clearly had no gas and no cold air came out. Obviously, I explained this to the staff, who smirked and said it needed a few hours to make a difference, after a whole day made no difference and I was fed up at being palmed off for something I had paid for that did not work, I asked if we could move rooms. They were not happy and said all the rooms were full, which we knew was a lie as the room opposite us was empty. They said that 3 people were due to arrive that evening – so I said fine put those people in our room! (sorry to those guests) We moved and actually had air conditioning that worked. However, it caused considerable condensation which dripped from the ceiling all night long onto you while you slept (great sleep and shower at the same time!) the mould on the ceiling told us this was a regular occurrence! But we put up with this and said nothing as we truly needed the respite from the heat outside. Even when the waterfall inside the wardrobe soaked all of our clothes we just moved them! And at the end of the day, this did only happened at night as even if you left the air con on during the day the owners came in and turned it off while you were out even though you were paying for it. They also turned off the fridge (in a self catering apartment!) an effort to save money!! These people were incredible – they charged you for everything and expected you to be grateful! They thought nothing about shouting at you like a child and when I said I had left a towel in my old room they said they were going to move me back there as punishment!!! Her words not mine!! Who would say that about her own hotel??!! Tasiana runs the place with her 3 daughters who all look like clones of one another and all are equally as harsh tongued! They could easily play the withes in Macbeth! You are not allowed to move sun beds into the sunshine from the shade, you are not allowed to drink or eat any thing that is not bought from the pool bar (2.50 euros for a can of coke!) laugh and you are being too noisy…seriously you are told off for breathing!
And let’s talk about the facilities – The Gym that didn’t exist, the tennis courts with the fence falling down over it and even if you still wanted to play you couldn’t unless you happened to pack your own racket and balls because they sure as hell didn’t have any! The pool was filthy, scum floated on the top and sludge in ledges, tide mark on tiles, plasters on bottom of floor, broken ladders for getting in and out of the pool, I went in once and came out in a rash the next day! The surroundings well I’m trying to think of how best to some them up ….Beirut on a good day??!!
This really is Limassol’s own version of ‘Faulty Towers’ and should be avoided at all costs. Yeah, our holiday was cheap for a reason! The £275 we paid for a late deal must have been for the flight only.

My daughter & I spent 2 weeks @ this complex last year via Olympic Holidays not only was the rep whose name I cannot renember (possibly Julie)?
so helpful but ereyone in the hotel were lovely...... you need to be mindful of `WHAT YOU GET IS WHAT YOU PAY FOR`The room was clean ....we had a few ants in the kitchen but coped with that .as did the .staff that cleaned the appartments HEY get real if you want 5 star luxury then you look somewhere else and pay the price the choice is yours.......We are looking at going back this year..I would recommend tis complex for a good family holiday.....

This complex was a digrace rooms were filthy as was toilet and shower room. Couldn,t swing a cat in the shower and the patio doors ,leading onto the terrace surrounded by the so called plush gardens, were thick with dust and dirt. Moved to other accommodation ourselves as could not get an answer on the phone to the number supplied if there were any complaints. MY ADVICE NEVER STAY AT THE TASIANA.

I enjoyed my two-week stay here. Basic but clean but what else do u want when you've booked a cheap late deal? Not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but then it was just a basic holiday we were looking for. The staff at Tasiana 2 were lovely, especially George the barman.
The rep we eventually met after 3 days of been there was very friendly and we booked one coach tour to Aiya Napa for the day.
But for the rest of the holiday we just lounged by the pool - great weather.
To eat out was cheap a three course meal was around £5 which consisted of soup for starters, steak/chicken, jacket potato, veg, chips, for main, then any pudding for desert.
We hit Galatex most nights, noise ban at around 2pm says no music in open air bars/clubs, but then u make your way to the clubs across the street, which are underground, till the early hours.
Overall a great holiday.

After working hard at Uni for 4 years, I was really looking forward to a holiday.
I unfortunately booked 2 weeks holiday with Olympic. I arrived at about 6am; I was shown to my room, which was disgusting!
The bed was broken, had hairs (pubic) in it, as did the fridge! The cooker was filthy, and the bathroom extremely smelly and the lights didn't work.
I refused to stay here and paid for alternative accommodation until the Olympic rep (when she showed up) managed to sort something better out (which we still had to pay for).
I will never use Olympic holidays again. As the rep thought the accommodation was basic but acceptable!
I was expecting basic but not broken and filthy! Never stay here!
