A beautiful resort! Great accommodation (sitting area and balcony is standard in each room). Great service in the restaurant, by the pool and from the housekeeping staff. Everyone is very friendly.
Food is excellent (except the steak house at night).
Entertainment staff are great fun, but the shows are a bit disappointing. (If you've stayed in a Riu resort here before, you will have seen all the shows already).
We went as a family (2 teenage daughters), but there weren't many other kids there. (Strange because it was Half term week!).
Hotel mainly had American guests and the brits were definitely in the minority! A lot of rowdy groups hanging out by the pool - blocking the bar etc. That was the only thing that spoilt this trip.
I would go back, but would try and go in American low season to avoid the rowdiness!

This is a fantastic hotel and worth every one of its 5 stars, warm friendly welcome, great staff, very helpful, great food.
Rooms are well equipped with everything you need, rooms are cleaned everyday and a maid service twice a day. Room service is fast.
Beach is clean and the facilities and watersports are great.
The beach and hotel has a very safe feel about it. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and I would go back again.

This is a first class hotel and you will be treated like royalty. Its well worth paying a little extra to stay here and nothing is too much trouble for the management and staff.
We chose Thomson holidays but were disappointed in their airline having booked premium seating, it was inferior to other airlines and not worth the extra money.
Beach is wonderful with plenty of chairs and the entertainment staff are a one off.
Option of visiting other Riu hotels further up the beach, where you are made very welcome to all inclusive but not dinner. Great choice of food and choice of theme dining which had to be booked, but was no problem to do so.
Would return here definitely, but always like to try another country and another culture.
