Two thirds of the hotel has been refurbished we were in the third that wasn’t room very basic but clean. No hot water in the morning and luke warm on a night. Hotel was full of Russians and Germans. There were a handful of British the first week and the second week we... more

This was the worst holiday ever! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing at all to do. They charge you to play pool, table tennis. The food is very basic, like hospital food, the entertainment is rubbish and it all gets turned off at 11pm, you then have to... more

this was the worst holiday ive ever been on well if u cud call it a holiday they did not like us english. the russians were rude and pushed in at all meal times there was nothing much 4 kids to do apart from swimming pool.my little boy was playing with a ball in reception... more
