This hotel is cheap, but always remember that you get what you pay for!
The rooms are basic and generally could do with freshening up, but overall the place was clean enough.
Bear in mind, though, that this hotel is close to one of the red light districts and, as such, is used by a lot of Western men for "entertaining". Note that condoms are supplied in the mini-bar!
Not the best place to stay if you're travelling with children.

The hotel itself was fantastic and you couldn't fault the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
The only issue being that you were rather removed from the downtown atmosphere that central Bangkok has to offer. The Sukhumvit district is very quiet and it took a good hour to walk to Hua Lampong (railway) but if the buses ran on time, not too bad.
Many of the hotel staff are happy to recommend friends and family for very cheap and amazing Thai Massages!
Ideal for a family who want to be removed from the hustle and seediness of central Bangkok.
