Outstanding apartments, immaculate and everything there that you need. Staff polite and helpful. Location is excellent and all apartments have a balcony. Book a sea view if you want to avoid a view of the courtyard or car park /cliffs though - not that this spoiled our stay at this time of year.
Great location for visiting all of Cornwall and good coastal path walks too.
We booked the gourmet package, accommodation and an evening meal at Fifteen (Jamie Oliver's creation) and Beaucliffe's . Both restaurants outstanding and food was delicious. We were so impressed by fifteen that we also treated ourselves to breakfast there too !

1/ They double booked and charged us for 2 apartments on the Friday without telling us the 2nd apartment was available for the Friday 25 July 2008 (£110 overcharge). They refused to cancel this charge since the lady at the apartments "showed me her booking screen" where I was supposed to understand her booking system. We were so traumatised we cut the holiday short one day.
2/ They charged us £64 for 4 white towels that we allegedly stained. We did not stain them but paid the £64, took the towels home and were able to wash the stains out. (that's £16 per towel, and they weren't even a set!!)
3/ As we were grudgingly paying #2 above, another disgruntled guest was complaining to them about his misbooking, so it wasn't just us.
Great location, but stop ripping off the out of towners in July you greedy people!
