We have travelled the world but this is by far the worst 'Hotel' we have ever stayed in. have been to Turkey 3 times previous but never anywhere like this hovel.Without going into too much detail we found the staff unpleasant, especially he owner Evren. He was rude,insulting,greedy, mercenary and was totally uninterested in us as guests.
The room smoke alarms were in bits in a draw,the rooms were poorly furnished and we never had clean linen or towels all week. The pool was unclean, the breakfast derisory and almost none exsistent as the days passed.
NEVER AGAIN. GO THERE AT YOUR PERIL!!!

Hotel had more than I was expecting with air conditioning and 2 English TV channels (BBC prime and News 24).
The child and adult swimming pool was always clean. The holiday company failed to mention in the brochures it had one so it was a great surprise to see one.
The 7 days I was their, I had no sheet changes or towel changes but for £300.00 each I wasn’t going to grumble about it.
Better watch though, some poor lady had a skin condition and had little dots of blood on their sheets. They expected her to pay for it and gave her hell for refusing to do so. Felt like saying just put it in cold water and it would come out, but decided to stay out of it.
Apart from that it is a family run affair and they were very friendly towards their guests and seemed to be very helpful.

i have been to altinkum 12 times and thank godi was at the evren !hotel is spotless everyone is friendly.ok so prices are abit highter but for the price u pay for ur holiday u cant complain .freda and bossman will do anything for u .and if some people took the time to ask they would find out that snacks and meals are available.if u run out of toilet roll ask for more instead of waiting till u get back then complain . simple. there are a lot worse places to stay trust me !!!im going bck again ths year
