We spent Christmas at Llac Negre in Pas, despite the resort being a bit quieter than expected the holliday as a whole was great. The hotel was booked as part of a package deal and was reasonably priced which made the hotel excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was plentiful and suited to most tastes (even the fussy eater). The staff and manager (owner) were friendly and helpful. The gala dinner on Christmas day was great and there was a real party atmosphere (and even a visit from Santa!!!) There was a short walk to the slopes but even in ski boots it was manageable. The happy hour for an apres ski pre dinner drink was also a bonus!! The only downside was the thin walls but we only heard noise at breakfast time when we were getting up anyway!!

I really liked the Llac Negre. Pat, the manager was always happy and seemed pleased to help in any way. The food was superb and the chef came up with a good variety and perfect size portions. The warms are a good size and warm. They are cleaned every day and you get fresh towels and your beds are made for you. There was always plenty of hot water for showers, no matter what time you wanted one. The First Choice rep, George, was great and worked really hard to give us a good stay. First Choice have booked the whole hotel for the whole season for next year so that must say something of the reputation this hotel is building!!

The Llac Negre hotel was a lovely place to stay. This was our first ski/snowboard holiday and we found the resort to be very good as well. The staff at Llac Negre were very welcoming and were always happy to help. The food was excellent every night - all home made and very fresh - huge portions as well - just what you need after a hard day on the slopes. The rooms were basic but very clean and fresh towels were given every day. View from balcony was lovely! No Sky TV in rooms only 2 english channels CNN and BBC World but sky was available in the bar - ok if you like sport as that was on most of the time. The hotel is located a short distance from the slopes - about 4 - 5 mins walk. It is up hill on the way back though so i would recommend hiring ski/board storage near the slopes to save having to carry your things back to the hotel. We found the drinks in the bar were a bit pricey once happy hour was over - 4€ a pint. To say Andorra is a tax free country the drinks were pricey every where, some places were charging up to 5.50€ a pint. Over all we would definitely consider staying at the Llac Negre again.

Great location - just a couple of minutes or so from the lifts. The staff are brilliant and make you feel very welcome. The food is the best I've ever had from a ski resort hotel in the 8 years i've been boarding. The only minor thing was the noise - the shutters can vibrate quite loudly when cars/lorries drive passed the back of the hotel and noise from kitchen and other guests travels through the hotel easily. If you stay at the front of the hotel i'm sure the shutters won't be a problem. Grab some ear plugs and you're laughing! I'd definately stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

The staff were very tollerant of the 9 of us on a stag week, the drinking was more tiring than the skiing but the staff here catered for our every need. Good fun staff dealt well with drunken behaviour even though were not an aggresive group I 'm sure we were still a night mare for them. The food was perfect, rooms basic but comfortable, bar was very inviting and just kept on serving. Would definatly recommend this hotel for groups, or lively couples etc. First choice rep was based at this hotel and was very helpfull. Will be returning next yearto Andorra and hopefully will get back in this Hotel. Carl Price.

The hotel was the perfect place to go back to after a hard day of skiing. I went in a group of four people, and we all loved the place. The breakfast was great, choosing between a fry up, or self service cereal. Also for dinner, you have a 3 course meal, with two options for each course. The portions were big, and the food was always great. The rooms were always clean, having a maid come in everyday. Showers were powerful and we always had hot water. The bar had a friendly atmosphere. The hotel also offers free ski/board lockers. This hotel is worth way more than its 2* rating.

This hotel deserves much more than its 2 star rating. Hotel was clean and decently furbished. Staff were really friendly and maid service with clean towels everyday. Food was excellent large portions and two choices of each course plus a vegetarian option so something for everyone. Hot water was available in the rooms no matter what time of day even at the busy period that usually happens just before evening meal. Pas is definately the most lively ski resort I have stayed in and would definately go back here again staying at the Llac Negre.

A group of 12 of us recently visited Llac Negre Hotel for our snowboarding holiday. We found it to be clean and very friendly. They offered a great service and were always pleased to talk to us. The rooms were cleaned everyday and food was excellant, all in all it made our trip.
