We have stayed at the Silvana many times. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well kept. The owners are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are only a ten minute drive from the airport and ideally located in Pythagorion being close to the marina, bars, restaurants and shops.

Seeing that there is not many remarks on Silvana i thought that i would just like to say they were very spacious apartments for 2 3 people.
Very roomy kitchen, with kettle, toaster, fridge, plenty of hot water and a separate bedroom with ceiling fan, which was in use constantly.
There are 5 rooms but not much of any views. they are about 10 mins from beach, supermarkets and harbour.
The weather was 36 -38 the 2weeeks we were there, but there was always a breeze which was great.

Exel flight great, arrived in airport only was there 10 mins seen our rep told us were getting a taxi to our apartment it was only about 10 mins away when we arrived at the apartment the owner showed us around we had 2 fans 1 in dinning living area and ceiling fan in bedroom(what a god send) because it was very hot. Apartments cleaned regularly and hot water when you want it.
The resort and beach only 1 minute away on your door step and super markets about a short walk away, harbour was busking with restaurants reasonable prices!! The harbour what can u say, the boats and yachts coming in every day pleasure to have a drink watching them and fishermen (locals) going out in there small boats with there music blaring.
Plenty to do around and buses frequent 1euro30 to Samos town about 15 mins away, all in all a great holiday all round, recommend to any one. My 9 yr old son enjoyed the mini fair they had.
He was there every night. Places we visited were Ireon Kookari and Kalavassi. Hope this is some what helpful to you. We went end September till 12 October weather really hot.
