Parma has adequate signage from the centre to the hotel which made it easy to find. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well situated to the city centre with direct buses.
The hotel also have bicycles for rent. The hotel staff arranged events for us and went the extra mile when we tried to order a delivery pizza on our last night. The delivery restaurant was not open so the hotel staff went to the supermarket and bought the ingredients and cooked a pizza for us at no charge!
Fantastic value for money.
