This so called Three Star Hotel was very poor. In a very downtrodden and threatening end of Marseilles.
The rooms were pokey and our “non smoking” room stank of stale tobacco as did the bedding.
The bathroom was dated, the bath enamel chipped and broken, the shower curtain missing.
The bedroom curtain was missing its hooks.
Worst of all was a female receptionist, who was sullen and rude to guests, failed to acknowledge your presence and didn’t even lift her head when you left your key. She was also rude and bullying to other members of staff in the presence of guests.
My advice to any other travellers, give this hotel a wide berth.
