Skiers Lodge

Our party consisted of 10 adults and 8 children. We are looking for a catered ski chalet that would meet all the varying requirements of our group together with their differing ski abilities.
The Skier's Lodge is in Les Houches, a village on the outskirts of Chamonix. It has its own ski area which was ideal with long tree lined runs and a good range of pistes.
One of the main factors for staying here was being able to ski back to the chalet. The chalet is slap bang on the downhill piste that is used for the Men’s Downhill Race each year.
The Chalet was very nice and our entire group enjoyed using the sauna and hot-tub! The rooms were well apportioned and the en-suites gave us a bit of luxury too.
All the food is included and the meals were fabulous. Sarah is a great cook :-)
Andrew was ever helpful and assists with organising ski passes, ski lessons and the equipment from the shop right next door. He also offers an excellent service each morning in his coach taking the children to the ski school meeting point.
We all had an excellent and relaxing holiday and we're already booked to go back!!
We would particularly recommend this holiday to families and groups of friends with mixed abilities. There is definitely something for everyone!
