The best feature of this hotel is it's location; it is perfectly situated 5 minutes from the beach and is only a short distance from Cattolica and Gabbice Mare.
The hotel itself was disappointing; although the bedrooms were clean, it is in major need of a refurb. The bathroom had seen better days, and the beds were rock hard!
My children shared a bunk bed, which was a hazard in itself.
There was a good selection of meals, however it did have a bit of a 'school dinner' feel to it - if you arrived after 30 mins of serving there was very little left, and the salads and vegetables were not replenished.
All in all, it was a great base to explore the surrounding areas, and again a great distance from the beach, but we were a little disappointed with it.

We stayed in this hotel with our 3 year old son, who was filthy morning noon and night
as a result of this extremely dirty hotel, we were forever changing him. The hotel was like something from behind the iron curtain, the rooms were appalling. Moving onto the food! Practically no choice for breakfast and in the evenings we were given appalling food, we ate out most of the time. At the first meal time we were all given a napkin, I noticed that every time we then went for something to eat the same napkin was put in a large envelope! My husband didn't believe that it was the same napkin, so after our three year old son made a mess with a boiled egg I wiped his mouth and left the napkin on the plate. When we went into the restaurant 3 days later that same napkin was folded neatly but filthy into the envelope, never have I stayed any where and had the same napkin for 7 days, breakfast and lunch! As my son got so dirty I asked the hotel manager about the laundry service that they advertised but he couldn't give me a price, so I decided just to give him 5 toddler sized t.shirts to see how much he would charge before I gave him loads to wash! When the 5 tiny t.shirts came back he presented me with a bill for £35, so much for family friendly! The best thing about this hotel is the location, everything outside the doors is fantastic, it's an amazing place for a holiday with children just find a better hotel!
