it was so excited. the best five star hotel i have seen and i paid a little.

very large, clean and comfortable bedroom. staff are so welcoming and helpful.

you can choose your favourite food among the broad menu and you can find something to eat whenever you want.

the sea and beach are wonderful.....

i strongly recommend this hotel to everyone

All i can say is what a nightmare! First I must explain that I have dyed red hair. When washing hair a small amount of dye transferred onto the white towels supplied by the hotel. The hotel claimed that after washing the towels they were nolonger as white as they should be! They then insisted I pay 575 euro to replace the towels. I refused and was shouted at by the reception manager. My rep stepped in and told me not to pay the money as the claims were ridiculous. When it came time to for me to check out the reception refused to let me. I handed over my room key and proceeded to leave the hotel. When I got to security I was physically prevented from leaving the hotel by two security staff who advised me that the hotel had contacted the airport and that I would not be allowed to leave the country. Eventually my turkish boyfriend contact the police. They came and told the hotel to let me leave and advised me that I would not have any problems at the airport whatsoever. They also asked if I wanted to make a formal complaint against the security staff who had ineffect assaulted me.

All I would say is please do not go to this hotel. This event was just the finale to 2 weeks of a severe ear infection from the pool, eating food that was in the least cold and unappetising, and was the icing on the cake!!!

this hotel is lovely the food is very good, although the food place on the beach have the same kind of snacks every day, you must book in at the al a carts restaurants , I think there are 7 altogether but for the fonde and 1 other you must pay a small surcharge.



YOU must book the in the morning think it 9-10 am, but book you whole wk worth or you will never get it as we kept getting told they were booked for next wk, the is a problem with communication as no body except the other English you met can speak it .we meet another handful of couples and spent a lot of time with them.



NO EVENING entertainment except the piano and violin man, not 1 show, drinks range was good, even have tequila slammers!!! , if you like cocktails ask for a green or blue one, very nice.



The hotel is on a beach, quite a long stretch so you can go for a walk. There are shops a bus ride an away, lots of clothes n shoes but you must go to the market think it is Tuesday.



The room is good size does its job, has English TV channels and also shows DVDs.

Overall is a classy hotel with good food and drink and nice beach, evening entertainment and lack of English language lets it down just a little.
