I read the resort descriptions and a few reviews and thought most were very good. The truth is that at the end of October the hotel was almost closed with only one bar and the buffet open. No entertainment for children or adults, no disco, no water sports not a lot to do... more

Almost spoiled our film festival experience

Okay, we booked in here on the reccommendation of a friend staying here at the same time. When we payed everything in advance which included alcohol until 12am we were escorted out of the building into the building next door. I can only say that this place would be rated a 2.5 - 3 star internationally. When we requested to stay in the new section where we had perceived that we would be staying we were told it was full. We requested an immediate check out, we had not even stayed in the room and they wanted a 20% refund charge! Okay,... more

What to say about this hotel and resort for starters why they advertise this to western european tourists is beyond me quite simply it has been invaded by the Russian Holiday market and it is not suited to western tourists.Food inside the hotel is awful slop basically the rooms are very nice but that is the only positive thing about the sealife the staff are very rude and the bar staff insulted me and my family members they expect to be treated badly and when you are polite to them they are rude and quite frankly horrible the trips are a... more

We was 7 days there and we enjoyed. Hotel's manager doing his work very well and all of employees have a nice smile on their faces.

The hotel is very clean, and there is adequate staff. I stayed 10 nights on an all-inclusive holiday, and the food was very good, but catered mostly to the primarily Russian guests, so you should develop a taste for goulash. That being said, it was really good goulash. All-inclusive includes drinks, but not premium drinks, so I found myself walking to the nearby market to buy alcoholic beverages that I normally drink rather than drinking cheap vodka and gin. The hotel is 25 minutes from the airport and looks fairly impressive on arrival. The room was adequate and very clean, but not an English 5 star more a 3 star. The TV stations selection is limited to BBC World and one channel that show US shows after 6 o'clock, but you are subjected to 10 minutes of adverts every 15 minutes. We stayed all inclusive and felt it favoured the vegetarians!! Hunt the meat became a popular pastime!!! Kebab meat with vegatables needed an eyeglass to find evidence of the kebab!! Located in Konyaalti, the newest part of Antalya, Sea Life hotel is a new and modern building, with all the features one would expect from hotel in it's class, despite the fact that none is overwhelming, especialy when compared with other five star hotels in the area. We spent ten nights just before the New year at Sealife. The hotel was renovated recently. It was very clean and neat. We enjoyed the Christmas decoration. The food was excellent. It was really hard to keep ourselves from eating very delicious Turkish food and deserts. The beach was very close -just across the street-. A very bad experience at sealife hotel, antalya

Sealife hotel looks like a nice small hotel from outside and the rooms are descent. So, we decided to stay there for $120 per day including breakfast. Later on, we understood why they charged our credit cards upfront unlike anywhere else we have seen. Antalya is a very hot place during the summer, so they assured us that the room has air conditioning. But they didn't tell us they shut down air conditioning system after 11:00 AM until the evening--hottest period of the day. They assume that most people are not staying in their rooms but go... more
Very good hotel close to the centre

I stayed with a group of people in the hotel. The food was excellent,the rooms clean, they did not have the sea view though, and the air-conditioning was controlled centrally - meaning it was on for couple of hours only so the rooms did get quite hot during the day. Otherwise, the service and the staff excellent. more

Stayed at Sealife Hotel from 04/08/04 to 14/08/04. Hotel is situated near stony beach. Rooms are clean and food is excellent. The only complaint i have is the way that they operate the All Inclusive. At main meal times people are like animals at all the tables which have the food on. More food was wasted than eaten by people. You don't expect to see two poeple sharing a loaf of bread and wasting the other half. All drinks are recorded by the staff on a check sheet for reasons not known.
