Hotel Regente

i have just cum bk from this hotel and we loved it the food was good all the staff was really nice it was always clean the hotel !!! and michael who did the music bingo and kids disco was excellent defo go bk to this hotel soon !!! Wigan

Just come home from this hotel. Excellent Hotel, Staff, food etc., wish I was still there CANNOT fault anything.
Will definitely be back next year.

I stayed here in January 2011 and was sceptical about it with all the bad reviews I had read but I was pleasently surprised by the cleaniness and the friendly and polite staff.I was traveling out to meet my parents who were staying in this hotel for a month.They loved it there and havent any complaints either

this hotelfor a start is never a 3 star hotel, at most it is a poor 2 star however the bugs are still there so take extra cash for medical assistance. just got back 29/10/10. had the bug the cause may have been the poor menu or the dishes were not quite dry when you use them for your meals . no security as night porter is quite good @sleeping, myself + another couple nearly missed our flight connection due to him ,he blamed computer fault. would never go back to this hotel if you value your health avoid it.

i would like say this the best and friendless hotel i have been in benidorm and i have been in a few.i have just come back from 2 weeks and its been great,my husband is in a wheelchair with one leg and the staff at the hotel could not do enough to help my husband and the bedrooom doors are wide enough and there is also a dissable toilet in the bar.the food was excellent lovely pool,also very clean and i would recommend it to my friends and i will be going back next year

After reading the views i was wary about visiting this hotel. However let me assure you if you have booked this hotel, you will have a great time!
We went Aug 2010 on arrival at 1pm we were given the keys to our room, room was spacious enough, i travelled with my 12 yr son and a friend. 3 beds, balcony with view of Swimming pool and sea, tv with some english channels, bathroom. They were clean and were cleaned everyday and clean sheets and towels.
We went All inclusive..food was varied and fresh every day. Drinks and snacks ice cream couldn't fault it.
Sun beds you did have to reserve with your towel before 8.30am but then thats the normal.
Swimmin pool was lovely, lilos and that you can use in them always a bonus.
Staff are welcoming and always doing something to keep you entertained. Entertainment of a nite mainly singers, and thats the only reason it got a 9.. Everything else was great.
Location right by shops and pubs and 10 min walk to the beach.
We went to Aqualandia, if into all the big flumes, but since we weren't probably a waste of money, lots of flumes and rapids, black hole etc. Shame it salt water yuk! And we went to Terra Mitca theme park, we were lucky hardly any queues for the rides, and a must!! Some rides are mad. Lots of things to do at Benidorm and wud defo go back.
So if you are off to the Regente, dont worry, we weren't ill at all, ate at the restuarant every day, had snacks and drank and had ice in our drinks! Just enjoy :-)

me and my partner and two children went in 2006 and it was great the rooms were really clean the food was good the kids entertament was good the staff were really helpful there were lots of things for the kids to do they made friends really easy the swiming pool go called out every day and because it was so good we are going back this september with my to girls and a new one to the family my little boy

in june 2010 we went on a family hoilday ( 7 people)
we stayed there for 8 days it was clean and rooms got cleand every day though our bed sheets never got changed once when we were there
on our 4th day there 3 off our family caught the bug after talking to other people staying there we found out that 2 people were sent to hospital the week before we wentwe meet this other family who had been there before 2 years back and there friends had caught the bug that was 2 years ago and they still have them!!!!
There food was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful
i dont think i would go back to that hotel for a lond time i hope nobody eles will

first time to benidorm only had week wanted more hotel great staff freindly food fantastic well catered for kids kept occupied my grandson has adhd and even he kept fully occupied and so made our holiday so much more enjoyable entertainment was really good and would reccommend the regente to anyone hope to go back next year mandy and paul from leeds

I stayed at the Regente with my husband friends and family, I found the staff very friendly, and polite and the rooms and the hotel were very clean, the domestics were all ways around and the food was hot and there was plenty of choice, I had read about a BUG in the hotel but none of us were sick, there is hand gel before you go into the resturant and the catering staff are also friendly. I would stay there again, the pool is cleaned daily, and the hotel is in a great location near the shops, and 10 minutes walk to levante beach, we went all inclusive and I can not complain about the service of this hotel,the only downside to this hotel is the walls are paper thin.
