Overpriced with few facilities, the web site does NOT to my mind give a true picture of this establishment. The pool - agreed, is lovely; though the windy roof top means there is no shade and parasols would just blow away. There is no children's pool nor more shallow area in the pool, apart from the steps into it. The courtyard for breakfast is charming but the very few tables meant they were almost always occupied with no spaces.
We paid extra for a sea view and when we questioned the fact that the sea was not visible we were shown that if we stood right in the far corner (on a chair if you are short, can you believe it?!) on our balcony, we could just glimpse a square inch or two of blue on the distant horizon! Rooms are 'OK' basic but clean though often were not cleaned until the evening which meant we could not get in on return from a day out until cleaners had been - so inconvenient when you are hot, sticky and tired.
Breakfast, as mentioned in earlier review was abysmal. We travel in Europe a lot and are well used to continental breakfast. Bread and jam does NOT constitute continental breakfast! There were no meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit or any of the usual components. A real disappointment!
There is a huge reception area but this is not a manned reception and front doors remain locked - night and day. Locks are at floor level so meant scrabbling round on the ground to get out - or in. We met a couple there who had to wait 45mins on arrival to gain entry as no-one was in to open doors when they arrived! In fact it was hard to find anyone at times as the only staff, apart from 2 cleaners, seems to be the owner plus one young man. Not adequate for a place of this size surely? There was no-one to ask about car hire, buses, restaurants or local interest - in short, the advice you expect to gain from a real hotel was not forthcoming.
All in all - without bar, reception, restaurant, visible staff and no other facilities I do not see how this can be classified as a 'Hotel'. It served us a simply a 'Bed and Breakfast' but charges way over the odds for this.
Would we go back? Not a chance.

Whilst an extremely pretty small hotel it is showing signs of neglect and really needs an overhaul. Especially the bathroom, although I know that these are hardly luxurious at the best of times in Greece.
The breakfast was bread, jam, coffee and orange juice, not a hot item in sight and there is certainly no restaurant or bar in sight! Although if you found someone and asked for a drink they would serve you one from a fridge.
The pool was fantastic, scenic and peaceful, we thought there were only about 40 people in whole hotel!
We were only given a booklet of Rhodes upon our departure.

We were greeted with a smile everyday and there was always at least one member of staff around to help us if we needed any advice about the area and services and our room and the whole area were cleaned perfectly daily. This personal contact makes it a very unique and homely place to stay.
For example, while my wife stayed in bed in the mornings I would get up at 6 o clock and start working on my laptop (using the wireless connection) in the courtyard which was perfect because it was so peaceful. I could make myself coffee and sit down on the sofa surrounded by pillows.
We didn't have breakfast booked but we were able to have it on the days we wanted and choose what we liked also. Croissants, fresh baguettes and fruit, for example.
We loved the location because we could take a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 15 minute bus ride to visit Rhodes Old Town and city centre.
Our suite was always cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
Staff would also ask us each day if we were satisfied and if there was anything they could do for us. Brilliant service!
We will definitely be coming back.
