Cormoran Hotel

This hotel is located at the end of the beach front hotel zone. upon entering the place i thought nice looking hotel , clean ect, rooms ok, food diabolical, and not enough to feed a baby let alone an adult, thats the evening meal im refering too. you get a menu the day before and you tick the 3 choices you want from a choice of 3 for each course, dont exspect to be impressed. the breakfast however is better, as thats self service, its continental, but a good choice, meats cheeses, different rolls, fruit juices, eggs, cereal, and tea or coffee. The hotel has a large swimming pool, not heated , so its freezing, needless to say not people braved the cold enough to go in, with the exception of a few germans, and italians.The cleanliness of the place was fairly decent, hotels section of beach a stones throw from hotel. im told you have to pay for sunbeds on it. i never used it, i did however have a paddle in the water and that was freezing as well, and as i was there in june and it was very hot, the temperature of the water was a shock, its not warm like the med. anyway a member of staff at the cormoron told me the hotel used to be self service buffet meals, and she said it was far better then , than the waiter service set course meals now. personally i think the meals and the pool temperature let this hotel down badly, i wouldnt use it again. oh and if youve got a late flight home and you wish to keep your room on it'll cost you roughly £30.00 for the rest of the day .
