Villa Emma
Part of a small development of similar properties this new luxury villa is situated in a quiet residential area, yet is right in the heart of the resort town of Costa Teguise. Every amenity including the beach is less than four minutes walk away. A car is not essential for this accommodation.

Booked on the recommend of the previous chap daddave my pal. Like Dave says super, smashing, fantastic. Spent every morning on the beach only 2 mins walk, back to the villa for a bite to eat then in the heated pool for the afternoon. I understand the pool heating is on all year round. Stepped out every night, great restaurants and resort facilities close to hand. The villa was superb best of both worlds, a quality hotel but with all the comforts of home. Booked flights and travelled within the week great price on flights must have hit it just right. Villa Emma was booked up both sides of our week, was lucky to find such a gem. Like the other clients have said we will book again.

Super Smashing Fantastic. What a great family holiday. From the word go Paul (owner) and Elaine in the UK right down to Adrian and his team on Lanzarote. The villa was superbly clean the pool nice and warm with proper heating, full BBQ on the patio and a free welcome pack including a cold beer for good old dad who paid for it all. Great kitchen facilities better than most, wife now wants a dishwasher. Resort was super, great beach, bars within 2 mins but far enough away to be quite at night. Kids and most important wife had a great time. We will be back I understand Villasun.net has villas within the same area with a pool and Jacuzzi. We will try one of these next time.

We decided to try an independent holiday in a villa in Costa Teguise. Booking was very simple through the Internet for the villa, air tickets, car parking and even a taxi in Lanzarote.
The Villa we choose was 'Villa Emma' and it was perfect - luxury all the way - secluded with a private pool but near enough to the bars and restaurants. The old square in Costa Teguise can be very lively and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from - nobody hassling you to come into their bar which can sometimes be a pain. The weather was a bit hit and miss but only to be expected in November. We enjoyed our selves so much that we have booked to return in June
