Firstly, it cannot possibly achieve 4* status - think 2* plus. 11 floors, dozens of rooms on each floor and 2 small lifts, one dodgy. Takes 10 mins to get up/down every time. No bell boy for your luggage and no trolleys. The pool areas are actually... read more

this is not a 4 star hotel......room was dirty, food was rubbish. booked a packed lunch....boring with dry sandwiches ! my husband and i where badly bitten by mossies from the hotel.

My holiday to Tenerife was unsatisfactory overall because I found the hotel a disgrace.

The customer service was atrocious. The pool was dirty and the chamber maid did not clean the room anywhere near the standards of a 4 star hotel. read more

Overall, nice hotel, friendly staff and good service. Ideal location, situated right in the centre of Playa de las Americas. We were lucky enough to get a room with a pool and sea view but some of the rooms overlooked the bars and clubs.
