Very enjoyable week spent here. Entire place was clean and well maintained on a daily basis. I never envisaged such a pleasant place for the little money that I had paid for it. Perfect for relaxation by day and the ability to take part in vibrant nightlife, although not a 'rowdy' one.
Acharavi is a great resort to spend time at as it caters for all tastes. However, renting a car allows you to explore the island with great ease and the roads are safe to drive on, getting lost is easy though. The middle of the island is very mountainous and all coastlines are exhibited with fabulous views from the summits and were worth the holiday price alone.
Staff at the apartments were extremely hard working and all requests that we made were dealt with in a near instance, however it was occasionally hard to find them as they were always cleaning or maintaining the vibrant colourful gardens that engulf the place! Not worth complaining though.
Would definitely visit again and would recommend anyone else to do so also, although if you're not up for walking anywhere it may not be for you.

What a great, friendly apartments to stop in! The rooms were spotless and of a decent size, with great balcony's. Cleaners were very good with towels being changed regularly.
Pool area and bar was brilliant with lovely peaceful surroundings for a perfect relaxing holiday.
All staff were friendly and spoke good English. The only little fault was that the kitchen wasn't much of one with just a little hob, sink and fridge.
Brilliant place to go!!

Arriving at the hotel we were really impressed, the surroundings were beautiful and the area looked really nice. Entering our room was another story though. The rooms were dirty and did not have a pleasant smell at all!
On the occasions that the cleaners would come in, they did not make the beds or clean at all. Our sheets and towels were changed after the first night and then were not changed again. The shower was very temperamental and the shower curtain was almost non-existent.
Overall the area we stayed in was very nice and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. There were some lovely restaurants and shops and the beach was also very nice, although quite stony.
We went on a number of tours, most of which we booked through First Choice, which then turned out to be up to 3 times as expensive as going to the local travel centres and booking ourselves.

Our 2 week family holiday (6 adults, 7 children aged 11 to 18) in the sun appartments was excellent. The accomodation was very clean, with a maid service on most days. The grounds and 2 pools were lovely for our children (who spent most days in the pools whilst we relaxed!) as was the pool side bar. The owner and people working there were extremely friendly and polite - nothing was too much trouble. Archavri itself was just right, with a number of very good restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk (although a little too quiet for the older children). The beech was a little further than we had anticipated (approx 20 mins) and was mainly pebbly but there were many watersports available when the sea was calm. There was also a small waterpark nearby which was walkable and again kept the children occupied all day - make sure you go on the all inclusive day. A local bus service provides a cheap way to travel to Kissiopi (a picturesque harbour for boat excursions). The only downside was the middgies, so make sure you take mosquito repellent.
