This is not a 5 star more like a 3 star, food is crap, the hotel is like a building site, went in April 2011, this one hotel to swerve.

Went for a last minute hols. 24th - 31st May. Beautiful hotel and complex, but not all inclusive. Even the poor staff were embarassed, it appeared that they had to keep trying to sell all the time. Check the prices of everything, it ended up costing us £60 for a meal in the beach bar. Check it's in Egyptian Pounds or dollars. Very crafty. My husband has had upset stomach on previous holidays but this time it was both of us. Doctor and Chemist are busiest places in hotel and even the chemist will try to sell you more than you need.... more

Upon arrival at this hotel it seemed that all the reviews i read on here were untrue, this hotel is a magnificant site, with huge egyptian pillors and rich gold and red colour in the lobby. Our bags were taken to the room via golf cart, and upon them arriving we were bugged for a tip, we gave him £4 english and he asked for one more pound as he seen it on the side table.
