Reviews of Hotetur Teguise Golf Apartments, Costa Teguise

Weather was lovely and hot, windy some days and very cold on a night. The resort was very quiet and there were a lot of Blue Rinse Brigades in the karaoke bars at night. We spent a few afternoons and nights at the sports bar near the beach, the owners were from Bolton and very friendly.



Our apartment was relatively clean, but not really to the standard I expected. On the second day we noticed lots of little ants running around and by the third day we were completely infested! When we reported this to reception, they gave us a can of fly spray which didn't really help. Our balcony was large but not very clean and we had a huge hornets nest which we soon realised had a very angry family of hornets who wanted to get into our room.



We didn't eat in the hotel so can't really comment, we only used the apartment for sleeping and dressing. I don't think we would go back to the resort or the hotel. The only real good thing about the holiday was the fantastic weather in January!

This was an excellent holiday - great value for money we paid apx 800 for all inclusive 2 adults and 1 child. The entertainment at night and during the day was excellent the guy was really sweet and encouraged our little one to join in etc., this was great because we could relax by the pool!



There was building work around the pool going on - a non-slip surface being applied but we were asked if we wanted to use Lanzarote bay hotel down the road their sister hotel. We declined this offer as we weren’t too disturbed by what was going on. The apartments were clean and tidy a tele which you had to feed euros also. Internet access in hotel foyer also a small supermarket. The food was excellent and the waiter service they could do no more for you wine filled up as you drank! The only drawback is its quite a way out from the main area but a taxi ride not too expensive.



We found a beautiful sandy cove just further down from the hotel which was quiet and with a few sunbeds - it was excellent as it was peaceful and away from the busy beach etc., - If you want an excellent value for money hotel then try here! C block advisable if you request as that’s above the pool and if you go for third floor they have humungous balconies!!!

Self-catering apartment was quite spacious.



Separate bedroom, which is a plus. Pay per view TV (Common in Lanzarote). Very clean. There was the option to upgrade to All Inclusive for 25 Euros a day, which looked a good deal, but we were only there for a long weekend and wanted to eat out and explore.



A little bit out of the way, in a residential area, but a pleasant stroll to the shops, bars and restraunts. Wouldn't like to carry loads of stuff to beach, but there is a courtesy bus laid on.


All in all, not bad for what we paid as a last minute deal and would go again.

We arrived at Teguise Golf slightly nervous about what to expect. We had booked at the last moment after another tour operator cancelled our holiday! Had been to Ibiza with Panorama the year before though and that had been excellent, much like this holiday.



The apartments were extremely spacious, very well equipped and not a cockroach in sight, having read reviews of other accommodation in Lanzarote this seemed quite unusual! Although out of the main centre, it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of the resort and there were several bars, restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk.



The resort itself is fairly quiet, but well spread out; we discovered new restaurants almost every day. Our favourite places to eat were Portofino and the excellent Montmartre and our drinking was mostly done in the Bulldog and the Dolphin. Overall a brilliant holiday, highly recommended.

Nice resort quiet but enjoyable. I recommend trying the jellyfish. Hotel was clean, all inclusive food was excellent, ranging from pasta, paella, burgers, fish, chicken, rice and salad. The snack bar (all inclusive) was cooked to order and had pizza, burgers chips hotdogs etc.



Pool is a nice size but was cold as we were out of season, staff are lovely especially Ian and Benallie, and security is tight. Entertainment poor but alcohol makes up for it!!!! Enjoy :-)
