Just returned from Ros Apartments and had a really lovely holiday. The apartment we had was a 2 bedroom and was really spacious and clean. Bar Staff, particularly Cesaer were friendly and helpful. The very best aspect of the apartments is the location which is just across the way to a lovely beach and beach bar 4 Pinos which serves delicious lunches.
Santa Eulalia is a lovely resort and ideal for couples (although I would add that our holiday went 3 days into July and the resort very suddenly became full of hordes of families, mostly Spanish, so if you prefer to avoid times when there are lots of children around ensure your holiday finishes before July starts !).
The prom is really beautiful with just enough bars and cafes along its length for you to stop, pause, and have a glass of wine (or beer) as you stroll into town for your evening meal - our favourite place for this was Athena.
Then you can choose Can San Vincente which is the street with the restaurants for your meal - theres loads of choice or if you prefer then the Marina area also has a great selection of restaurants to choose from and the additional benefit of having all the yachts to look out at.
Finally, I would recommend an evening rounded off at Mirage, down by the marina which provides live music every night and the owner Kevin is a great guy ensuring the staff really do look after you.
All in all, with great apartments, great beach, lovely restaurants and just a splash of nightlife - I'd say for couples this is a pretty perfect holiday.

we went to ibiza this year on the 10th to the 24th of august!
everyone is realli friendly there was 12 people all together
the pool is always quite and clean
we were on the 3rd floor and had a breathe takin view
this was our second time goin and we injoyed it so much that we booked just 2 days after arriving home!
the bar staff wher lovel there was alex, another women and seezer!
they are so helpful,friendly,nice,genuine people my favourite was seezer he remembered us frm the year be4 and was soo chatty and kind i would give 10 out of 10
we all cant wait to get back nxt yr

We really enjoyed our stay at Ros - my friend and I went for one week June 2007. The apartments are very spacious and clean and the balcony was huge. Because our apartment was one bedroom we were on the ground floor which wasn't ideal but it was fine.
The apartments are directly across from a lovely beach so you can spend your time there or at the pool. There are plenty of sunloungers to go around and the pool is lovely, very big, and cold!
Santa Eulalia is a lovely town - plenty of restaurants and cocktail bars. I would recommend the street of restaurants - the smell alone is worth the visit. It is quite expensive though, an average 3 course meal would be around 70 euro, and the nightlife is very low key. However it is a lovely place and I will definitely go back.

Just arrived back from the ros appartments. Very clean, friendly and we could not ask for a better location. The view was outstanding.
The only thing would be that we would have liked air contioning. It is by the sea and the children`s room did get a breeze but our room did not, which did effect our sleeping.
The price of the soft drinks in the restaurants were shocking but we drank water with our meals and soft drinks were brought from the local supermarket. The Thomas Cook rep in resort was a waste of space but this did not effect our stay.
We would go back and we could see why people return year after year.
