Built in 1990 in 'La Quinta', the peaceful residential area of Santa Ursula, with magnificent views of Mount Teide, the Atlantic Ocean, Orotava Valley and Puerto de la Cruz, which is only 7km from the hotel. Free shuttle bus service to Puerto de la Cruz, right to the shopping centre 'Piramides Martianez' which is close to the lido pool complex, the beach and a stroll from the picturesque old town centre with its fishing harbour and typical town squares.

Nice rooms, good food and an excellent spa. Lots of good things going for this hotel but a few things that aren’t quite right. For instance, the pool guy is never there when you need to get or return towels, the entertainment is often abandoned etc.,... read more

A great hotel in a fabulous location - if you like a variety of nationalities and enjoy relaxing and sightseeing rather than nightlife. The rooms are large and ours had a great view from the bedroom and balcony.
