I would not go back to this resort and do not recomemend it to anyone.
The villas were dirty and the maids were awful. The food was not prepared well.
They sell you on a "VIP" experience but the beach was so crowded you had nowhere to sit, the poo was equally crowded. There may be 5 restaurants but you cannot get in to any of them due to overcrowding. The drinks at all areas has little to no ice and were terrible.
THe kids club was so bad I picked up my kids crying and begging never to go back, a fight had broken out due to lack of supervision! The beach (VIP) had so many sand fleas that my five year old looked like a war victim and had to see the doctor.
You will b stalked (really) by sales to buy into the vacation plan, but if you talk to the members on the resort, they hate it and are only there because there are NO REFUNDS. Whatever you do, do NOT buy in or sign anything.
DO you and your family a favor and stay somewhere else.

This place was wonderful. The people were so friendly, I felt so safe walking around at all hours by myself. The security was very well staffed. The beach was very unique in that it had beds with curtains and pillows rather than standard lounge chairs ( if you bought the VIP package though) The food was pretty good as far as all inclusives go.. do not expect 5 star food but bettr than cruise food or other all inclusives I have been to. The villas are top quality and beautifully decorated witha private pool with each villa which was an added treat and constant attention to the yards and inside... The only downside was all the construction going on with new villas...I have to say the friendliest folks I have ever encountered

I had very little info about this holiday I booked so I promised my self I would do this as soon as I got back. I was a fantastic holiday! I would rate it 4* even 4+ It was clean very close to the beach and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
Entertainment team where lovely, lovely people but they didn't fulfill my expectations of good entertainment even though they did try their very best, bless them! The main buffet restaurant produced some great food, it was well presented and the restaurant was spotless clean but I couldn't eat much of the food as it wasn't to my liking! Lots of birds in the restaurant too because its open air and they are quite annoying!
The Mexican food was nice and the Chinese food was nice too I didn't like the Italian very much. The accommodation was more than I expected It was beautifully done clean cool and the maid service was very good, tip them and they will look after you a few dollars every 2-3 days is more than enough. I was bitten badly with mosquitoes so if you suffer with getting bitten then take plenty of repellent and tablets/creams for relief, the medical services is very good too! There are plenty of excursions you can go on but we only went on one (ocean world) because I wanted my daughter to swim with the dolphins and it was worth it just for that.
The sun is very strong so take plenty of cream and if you do go to this holiday resort then I'm sure you will enjoy it. Happy holidays!

Horrible resort, food and staff. Be prepared to be harassed about buying a timeshare. Never again. I'd rather stay in Brooklyn.
