Yesil Hurma Hotel

the hotel is fantastic the room was a wee bit small but who cares u only sleep n wash in it , very clean !!! staff are amazin cant do enough for you, goin bk this year sadly the hotel was booked but il defo be goin back to c the gang!!

I have visited Maramaris 5 times and stayed at the yesil 4 of them. Location is spot on, private pool area which is clean and is big compared to some others(green beach next door, size of a puddle with no privacy), nice food and staff. Prices have went up over the years so don't expect it to be really cheap, its probably just the same as here. especially drinks! the rooms aren't huge and neither is the bathroom but you can move about! its not something that puts me off as I don't stay in the room long and the shower worked fine, not as strong as ours but it does the job. you have to buy aircon but is money well spent, nothing beats a cool room in the sweltering heat! would be nice to have a fridge but you can hire one but its more money that can be spent enjoying your holiday. The hotel doesn't like you bringing in food and drink from shops as they would rather you bought from them, its only because they are trying to make a living and not to be nasty, the same goes for when they want you to eat there...try not to get annoyed tho i've had my moments myself! the food is lovely in the lighthouse bar which omar owns, he's a lovely family man. you will always get someone offering you drinks and food at the poolside so you don't have to move. I'm not a fan of the 'tab' system. I have never been conned but I just usually pay upfront anyway. The odd time we will pay lunch and dinner together but I've never been charged for extra stuff. I don't like lifts so request a low floor, the lift is really small too but my friend just takes my case in it with her! Malibu beach is good to go to before you hit the clubs, entertainment can be repetitive tho but I just like the music. don;t bother with the beach, its really hot but I prefer a poolside myself. Marmaris is a great place and most of the people are great too. Going this summer for 2 weeks can't wait.

my wife and i loved the hotel ok room a bit small but clean, great entertainment provided dont be expecting an early night as the music is loud and goes on till 1,30 staff in the restraunt and bar are great ,receptionist are pleasant great location right on the beach we will go back next year.

Fantastic location, 5 steps to the beach. Staff friendly, can change money up in the hotel for safety. Bit of a disapointment that towels are changed only every 3days. Malibu beach bar underneath hotel is great, friendly people with full entertainment every night. Water sports base is right outside the hotel. Bars and clubs just a short walk up the beach. Overall had a great holiday, would def go back there and reccomend to anyone.

Me & my boyfriend have just come back from a week stay at the Yesil Hurma.. We arrived at about 7am and given the key to our room, no help with our cases but luckily there was a lift (very small). Our room was small but was OK for us both as we wasn't in it much, the bathroom was tiny but this didnt really bother us as it was clean and everything worked. Although the rooms are quite small and basic there clean and the maid comes every morning with fresh towels, emptys the bin etc. The pool area is great, nice and clean and a good size, with plenty of sun beds although you have change sun beds quite often as the sun moves behind the other hotels as there all close together, bar staff came round and offered you drinks so you don't have to keep getting up and down to get a drink from the bar. The staff seemed nice & friendly but we didn't really speak to them much as we wasnt always at our hotel the receptionists were ok and helped as much as they could. Bar staff friendly, always wanted us to eat and drink at there bar whenever we left the hotel. But the bar is quite big serves nice food and is very lively, reasonable prices. The hotel is right by the beach down a long strip so is noisy at night up until about 1.30am but this wasnt a problem for us at all. Our view looked right into the next hotel and all the other balconys lol but to the right of us was the beach which is a nice view. We didn't use the beach too much because by time we got down there a lot of the sunbeds were taken plus the sand isn't soft its a bit stoney but was a nice change of scenery from the pool, the sea water is lovely and cool, staff from the hotels bring you your drink and food when wanted. There is a lot going on at the beach such as boat trips not far from the yesil hurma and banana boat rides etc right outside the hotel. We had bed & breakfast, breakfast is served 8-10, the foods the same everyday but is a nice way to start the day with fresh bread, fresh tomatos, cucumber, eggs, cheese and ham and fresh lemon juice. We enjoyed our stay at the yesil hurma the little problems like small bathrooms and small rooms that everyone else complains didn't bother us at all really as you get what you pay for, you can't fault it. It's a nice, friendly hotel and we would definatly go back one day, the location is nice and lively and lots to do during the day and night.

spent 2weeks here and had a great time.have now been to marmaris 5 times and yesil hurma is the best hotel so far,its not the cleanest or bigest but the location is spot on,its very noisy untill about 1.30 in the morning so dont go here if your one of those boring early to bed early to rise couples.its true about no mini bar or tv ( but how boring would you have to be to stay in and watch telly with a carry out ?). .the toilets are indeed very small but again the locaition makes up for that,the maids were in every day cleaning and changing the towels so what more can you ask for ? going back again next year so may see you there.......

me and my boyfriend being of 18 and 22 stayed at yesil hurma for a week and didn't have one regret, only one was that we wished we could of stayed longer. the beach was a fantastic location, the pool was huge compared to other close pubs which were the size of postage stamps.
hotel kept very clean and tidy, basic but we didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel. malibu beach fun pub is absolutley crazy, for ones who like a chilled out atmosphere me and my boyfriend loved the lighthouse bar, staff were exteremely helpful and extremely funny. food was good, drinks are quite expensive but it's all worth it. would defintly go back to yesil hurma and reccomend young couples.

The accomodation was small, the shower room was below standard, if you were on the large side there woud be no way you could sit on the toilet as they were sandwiched between the wall and the shower cubicle, talking of shower you couldn't be tall or big otherwise again you wouldn't fit. The brochure states mini bar, it was an invisible mini bar as there was none. The brochure also displays a tv but that doesn't exist either. The Malibu bar joined to the hotel was a joke, Taylant (who organises entertainment) in my point of view needs to have an operation to have the microphone removed from his mouth and to stop shouting. When the acts are on if someone orders a fish bowl he shouts to broadcast it then keeps on shouting ignoring the act and also distracting you from the acts. The Turkish Night worked out really expensive for us, we ordered our drinks then paid the bill at the end of the night just like everyone else, we were ripped off just like others, it was when we left that we noticed how much we had spent but trying to get someones attention was a joke. We spoke to Alex a few days later and explained to him and he said our bill was too dear but did nothing about it. Some others had ordered bottles of wine and one couple realised that they were trying to charge double for a bottle. Now the other bar attached to the hotel The Lighthouse Bar was totally different they couldn't do enough to help you, they were really pleasant, helpful and you could have a good conversation with them. We are going back to marmaris but to another hotel.

i went for 2 weeks 2 the yesil hurma. Had a ball, the clubs n bars r literally on ur doorstep. the beach is rite outside the hotel its lovely n clean. the restaurant has really good food and is cheap. the staff were brill n always remember who u r. the rooms were basic but spotless, the sea view is amazing and the all the staff do everything they can 2 help u.
i must say its in a very lively location n when me n my boyfriend went it was mostly young people at the hotel. i would recommend this hotel 2 anyone looking for a brill lively holiday.

weather not too good raining for first 3 days! hotel room very clean maid was very good though we never saw her. reception staff ok! malibu beach downstairs was good value food always very nice and the staff good fun. excellent location for the nitelife not too far to walk.all in all a good holiday as long as your not looking for luxury!!! dont buy trips from the reps wander down the beachfront and get tickets much much cheaper. for a good nite out talk of the town is a must though give the food a miss! uno momento on beachfront is an excellent restaurant as is casa bonita (mexican) which is at the marina. have been going to turkey now for 11 years and have booked again for this year just love the place.
