The Ugur hotel, although a simple, basic hotel, it is situated in an excellent location being approximately 900m from Gumbet's beach in a lively area close to bars and restaurants. Situated on the main road there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and the centre of Bodrum is a 15min bus ride away. If the short walk to the beach is too much then you can always laze around the pool with a drink from the pool bar.

I loved the Ugar in Gumbet - the staff were fantastic especially Vanessa. Don't be put off by any poor reviews - I loved it and will definitely go back. A big hello to all the 'Lost Souls of Gumbet'!

Honestly this was the worst accommodation ever. Worth every bit of 2 star. Staff ok, but sold us dodgy cigarettes. ok if you want a brick bed and a very small square of a balcony which is covered in ants. Be wise and go up a star. Would not reccomend.
