California Hotel

We recently had a lovely stay at California's Hotel in Cannes and it did live up to all the great reviews. It is small but very French with a lovely reception, stunning little garden with pool and very clean rooms. You do have to be careful as to what room you go for though - our first night was spent in a room on the ground floor behind reception - it felt like we were in the cupboard in reception!!! We stayed with Nadia and her staff for 4 days and enjoyed ever minute. The Staff was very friendly and always pleasant to talk with...qualities we appreciated greatly. Thankfully their English was much better than our French which they graciously used to help us along on our daily ventures. We hope to stay again as soon as we can return to the beautiful city of Cannes and would not hesitate to reccomend the California's Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
