we arrived after delay at airport so were very tired. but staff helped us with cases to room. yes the accomodation was basic but we soon settled in and loved it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. it is an ideal location as there is not all the hustle and noise of the town but it is not far to walk if you want the bars and nightlife Faulty towers and summer rain great places to eat. we had great time and will be back there in june. cant wait!!!!!

i went with my gran & brother. it was the best. the holiday was great. the people in it we're dead friendly & couldnt be eney nicer. the rooms were clean & basic. i loved it. i met new friends there. the people who worked in there are my friends now. i have managed to keep intouch with them.

i went to turkey in aug with my gran & brother. it was the best ever. it was the forth time i had been. i loved it. the meneske hotel was lovley & the people in it could not have been eney nicer. i made new friends there & some of the people who worked there are my friends now. the apartmet was clean. it was just the best ever. would go back.

The Menekse is a good Hotel Overall. A building block for Self Catering & a building Block for B&B... The staff are very friendly and fun! Alex and thomas are shared owners of the Menekse Hotel. The pool is not big and it doesn't seem to get warm even when the sun shines on it what a SHAME lol! The bar area is quit small with only about 5-6 chairs next to it. The restaurant is up stairs the food is ok but not GREAT! I would definatley reccomend Mc Donalds or Burger King only 10 minute walk away! The famous Amphi Theatre is right opposite the Menekse hotel. Even a hairdressers and Tatoo shop and a excrusion shop. The room was basic as expected but the shower was HORENDOUS! Was only about 7 cm wide it didn't stay on the wall you had to hold it! If u didn't it would go fly all over. The shower didn't have a good water flow and if you turned the taps on a little more it would 2 much ... The shower toilet room is together so everything gets drenched! Do not leave your towel in or toilet roll as will be drenched the bathroom is tiny about 6 foot by 4 RIDICULOUS! u only get 1 toilet roll .. Atleast the rooms are cleaned everyday but that's only to mop the floor and sweep the bed sheets are every 3-4.

Went with husband, sister and 6 yr old niece. Rooms were small but clean, breakfast was traditional Turkish but you can buy a cooked English breakfast for about £2. No entertainment in the evenings but the staff kept us entertained at the pool during the day! The pool is quite small but there are plenty of sun beds for everyone. Hotel is about 10 mins from the beach in a quite part of Marmaris (next to the Amphitheatre) with tons of bars/restaurants on the way. The pool bar stays open as late as you want to stay up drinking! Food is good if a little overpriced as are the drinks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great holiday. Very relaxing. Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Joined in with holidaymakers in pool giving a great atmosphere for everyone. like one big happy family. Rooms very clean, food great with good variety making it easier for those with children. not far to walk to beach or shops. five minutes from market.

great hotel ,the staff were great hopefully going back in sept ,the staff made the holiday for us ,keep up the good work . great place to stay in and eat in ,very clean and tidy

This Hotel is very clean and friendly, we found it to be an ideal base away from the hussel of the centre but easy to reach everywhere, the staff were friendly and helpful, we would definately go back to this hotel again although it is pretty quiet, we made friends with other guests and always came back to the poolside bar after been out and the staff were happy to serve you if you sat there all night in fact a couple of times they didnt mind us swimming at 4 and 5am, its right next to a taxi rank and a stop for the dolmus which was really cheap no matter where you went, all in this made for an exellent holiday!

I went to the Menekse hotel with my husband, daughter 15 years old and my mother we found hotel very clean. People who worked in hotel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds.



The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast but the food in the restaurant upstairs was brilliant we ate there 5nights out of 7, always something different to try English or Turkish and well worth the money. The bedrooms were basic but clean. Was first time we had been to Turkey but we would all go again. We had no problem changing money in the hotel, and a lot of places prefer to take English money than Turkish lira.



We were told to barter in the shops for clothes, leather, jewelry which I had never done before but by the end of the holiday I was very good at it. If you want to get about on your own the dolmus buses are so easy you just put your hand out and they stop there’s no bus stops.



Goldtrail rep was there most days but did not find her very helpful but anything we wanted to know about we asked the people working in the hotel and they told us the best things to see and do.
