I just came back from the hotel, where I stayed 5 days with my family and friends. We were 12, including 4 children.
The hotel is very well located if you want to do just skiing. The lift chairs are located 50m away from the hotel, very easy to walk.
The rooms were big, with a bath and a kitchen (fridge, sink, micro oven and electric cooker, but without any cutlery which would make it very difficult to cook!!). The supermarket was very far, impossible to go walking. By car was 10 minutes.
My room was located just in front of the restaurant entrance, so after 7 am it was impossible to sleep.
The only spa activities were a sauna (4 pax) and a small gym. A jaccuzzy would have been great after a day skiing!
The food was terrible! After 2 days meat was tasting fish… The employees were very careless in the way they removed the dishes from the table, very noisy and with improper manners. Should be all ‘recycled’, including the staff manager. Of course it was impossible to make a reservation for us 12 before 9 pm: very late for the kids.
The receptionists were also very poorly trained: they couldn’t find my reserve in the first place and I took 2 hours to make my checkout: “problems with the computer”.
The ski lockers were in the garage, very simple but with no seats to help us to put/take those horrible ski boots. They were free with a 10€ refundable deposit.
For a hotel that aims to be a “3 stars ‘sup.’” it should improve a lot the training of their staff, put a jaccuzzy, put some cutlery in the rooms and make better food!

After a very long delay we arrived late at night and had a cold meal provided in our room. Staff seemed friendly and hotel very clean. Unfortunatley it went downhill for us from here, we have a 4 year old and an 18mth old and this hotel did not provide anything for this age group at all neither did the whole resort. Their games room is 2 1980's arcade machines under the stairwell and absolutley nothing else.
The rooms were stifling hot even with all our radiators switched off and breakfast didn't start until 8am with tea starting at 7.30 far too late for little ones too eat. Each night, the evening meals were lukewarm.
We were due to stay until boxing day but with the prospect of spending Christmas day in a hotel and resort only suitable for skiers (unlike how they sell the resort online and in brochures) and being stuck in a sauna of a room we booked earlier flights back home.
All in all, a very bad experience which should have been a magical Christmas holiday.
