Arrived at the Atrium after a long transfer from airport. We were staying in a self catering apartment, lovely and clean. Hotel staff were fantastic. Staff at Havana and Cuba were great, especially Carlos and Ali at the kids amusements. Children's play area great fun. ... more

we stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks self catering firstly weather fantastic but then you need to pay £40.00 for air conditioning for 2 weeks a little costley you carnt open youre windows due to the firstly very unsafe if youre on ground floor secondly the level of noise... more

well ive been here a few times the best hotel ever the people are the best (carlos,Ecko,Abs,Ozzy) and all the rest the rooms are good , food is nice and good entertainment . good night club BAR CUBA :) xx

This was our first holiday to Turkey. On arrival we were a bit diappointed on how the rooms were quite small and not a lot of cupboard space and quite dated. You did have to pay for fans and air conditioning. In self catering apartment the fridge was a god send (higly... more

After a very long hot transfer, we were met by very friendly helpful staff, nice room just what I had been previously promised ( in an email request for ground floor) beds were changed immediately on request they couldnt do enough for you. Food onsite is a little bit more... more

a family of four first of all our room was awful too small the facilities in the room were poor if u on one side of the hotel it was very noisey at night till 3 oclock in the morning.u had too get up at 6 oclock in the morning to get a sunbed at the main pool luckly enough... more

the club was excellent ...but dont use the on site tattoo man cuz he is a butcher. my sons tattoo came away as soon as we came home, really he was in so much pain. he is a gud artist and should stick 2 pencils not needles.

the atrium was absolutely brilliant we stayed there in july o7 didnt want to come home as the staff made it a holiday to remember ozzy , sexbomb , gingers , musa , and mehmet they made us feel so welcome we will go back one day just hope the same staff are there or it wont be the same !!!!!!
