Arrived early hours and received very warm welcome, was shown to our room. Was our first time in Turkey so had been looking forward to it for ages. Unfortunately after 3 days we had to move hotels due to not having enough space but that was ok,on morning of moving we went for breakfast and on returning to the room had found my gold bangle was missing, staff were great but unfortunatley the bangle didnt appear so this put a damper on it. Wont stop us returning though but next time just wont be taking anything valuable with me :$

Our first time in marmaris and one of the best places in the world i have been to, The atrium was perfect for us we arrived at 5 pm a verry helpfull member of staff carried our bags up to the top floor as the lift was out of service but we knew about that before we traveled after our bags then he went back downstairs and got us a fan for our room i didnt mind paying for a fan and safe i booked a 3 star hotel in marmaris not the palm hotel dubia! Our room was directly above bar cuba and we had our balcony door open all night every night and we never had a problem with the music at all. The staff where awsome sex bomb is off his nut they where all good cant wait to go back cant go back till next year due to a new addition to the family.

Loved every bit of it. We were made to feel very welcome up on arrival. Everything was clean & well presented. Staff were fantastic, Kids area was very impressive & safe. We met some lovely people & have decided to go back evey year!
When booking excursions use Ozzy (right across the street) he is very friendly & will always give you a good deal. Turkish bath (highly recomended) only £6, in the hotle it's £25!!
The food in the Havanna resturant is very good especially the salads, lasagne and fish & chips.
There is a HSBC atm straight outside which we found very useful in deed as we took a pre-paid travel card this year rather than tc's

I was a bit wary about going to Club Atrium as I had read quite a few mixed reviews. Upon arriving we were shown to our room, even thought it was early hours in the morning. The staff can not be faulted. They are polite and friendly and will help if they can. Jackie (Customer Care) was a god send. If she could help you she would, from getting you a sewing needle to phoning a chemist for advice for you. I took sunstroke whilst on holiday and she was very helpful to my partner. All the Bar and Waiting Staff are friendly, and we especially liked Ebo and Gingiz, they are really good lads. The rooms were basic and we did feel that a fridge and a kettle would have made life a bit easier, but we managed. The food at the Havana Restaurant cannot be faulted. We ate there every night, apart from 3 nights, and enjoyed every meal. The entertainment becomes a bit repetitive, but as it was near the end of the season you can't expect anything else and also we were there for 16 nights. The only downside we had was that the Cuba Bar was about 30 feet from our room and was on till 4 in the morning. Although the bar is sound proof, you still hear the music and the noise from people going back to their rooms. All in all it was a great holiday and we met many new friends. I would certainly go back if I were taking my grandchildren, as they would have a ball.

We did... and were pleasantly surprised at how good the Club Atrium is.
Our self catering apartment was ideal for our needs and the air conditioning in the bedroom is an absolute must as temperatures during our stay reached 45 degrees in the shade.
The hotel and complex is clean and is as lively as you want it to be. We booked a quiet room that overlooked the street next to the apartment block and although there are two or three restaurants/bars on that street, all music was off by midnight and sleeping was never a problem. If you want late night and lively then there are plenty of opportunities within a one minute walk, this wasn't for us but it never disturbed us.
The pool was busy and in our first week there was an early start to secure sunbeds however this has changed by our second week and it was possible to get sunbeds at a much more reasonable hour.
The staff at the pool bar were friendly and in many ways added another dimension to the holiday. Never pestering, always attentive and always up for a laugh they were typical of the warm welcome offered to us by all the Turkish people we met.
Highlights for us. The two day Ephysus and Parmukelle trip - led by an excellent tour guide named Shukra we saw unbelievable sights and had a real view of real, rural Turkey (something that Marmaris certainly is not!). We booked through James and Sonny (next door to the 'Little Chef' restaurant) and we still cannot work out how anyone made a profit on the trip. Excellent value. The next highlight would be the Ibiza restaurant which is close to the Club Atrium. Musleem, Karim and Safir all made us very welcome and were more than happy to sit and chat the night away about life beyond tourism among other things. Also try Septembers restaurant (near the mini-golf which is also worth a try)as they too have good food at very reasonable prices. The kids club on site was also well used by our seven year old son and he enjoyed every minute of it. Well worth using if you want some peace...
There were some lowlights to the holiday but that had more to do with a small minority of the British tourists staying at the hotel rather than anything that the hotel did. We suffered from a bout of 'professional scousers' which, coming from Liverpool as we do, grated a bit as the negative image of Liverpudlians was certainly reinforced (we are not all like that!). Its important to recognise that minority is the key word as most people were having a great time and enjoying their family break. However, its a far cry from some of the reviews we have read and I guess its down to the luck of the draw as to who turns up while you are there. Marmaris market was also a big let down so perhaps choose to go to another market or run the gauntlet at the bazaar which is nowhere near as bad as it used to be!
In summary, two great weeks of relaxation, fun, good food and welcoming Turkish people. Oh and Efes beer.... Marvellous!

we went on holiday on 20th july 2009 2 adults and 2 kids to club atrium. we had recently been to club julienne 4 yrs previous. julienne didnt even come close to the attitudes of the staff and cleaners. it was absolutely brilliant. we were able to go out and leave money. mobile fones, jewellery and any other valuables lying about and we didnt even use the safe in the room.everything was still in its place when we returned from a day out. the staff couldnt be any friendlier. they would have done anything to help anyone. the restaurant and bars and entertainment was great. cant wait to book for next year and go to club atrium for another 2 weeks cos we all had a great time. highly recommend this hotel to everyone. c u next year.

Atrium July 2009

Jul 2009, karcalor

Just back from 3weeks self catering at Club Atrium last night(friday 17th July 2009) after a delayed flight! The waiting staff were great-very friendly and helpful-nothing was any trouble -especially Carlos and Abs. There were 2 adults and 2 kids (age 9 & 8) in our party. Arrived at 7am after long night travelling to find no lift and our apartment on 3rd floor-not good and was annoying for the rest of the holiday.Air conditioning is charged at £20 for 60 hours not per week so be careful-we bought a 2nd 60 hrs and got 30 free!!! There is only 1 air con unit in th bedroom so we trialed the other 2 matresses in ther everynight as you couldnt sleep as was still 38 degrees at night. The rooms are horrible in the self catering side- stained bedding and green curtains and paintwork with a tiny balcony. They were cleaned everyday but the mop bucket looked like the water had never been changed. We had no trouble with 'missing' items but other people lost 140 lira from their room.PAY FOR THE SAFE!!!The Atrium is surrounded by other apartments and v v v v v v v v v v noisy until 3 0r 4 am-the little chef restaurant is open 24 hrs and was at the side our room was on.The music is non stop and loud from before 10 am til 12 midnight-supposidely(by law the music must stop at this time-but doesnt always. The havana restaurant food is v good though, and the fishbowl cocktails are lovely. Entertainment every night was ok nothing you havent seen b4. There was an entertainment team but for the 1st few das we thought they were just holiday makers gettin up o dance. They stuck together on the stage and didnt mingle much. Our rep was not gr8 to be honest. Too young to understand our needs with children. Neway this is abit long. I only gace the raing I did because of the staff and the swimming pools and facilities not the apartment-it on;y gets a 3/10.Visit Dreams jewellers -walk fron Atrium right beside crazy golf. We got handmade jewellry 2 yrs in a row -save lots compared to uk prices and made for you.We got diamond ring and wedding ring designed and made and are fabulous.

Jun 2009, Beth**

It Was My Fist Time In Marmaris And Honestly, This Has Got To Be The Best Holiday I Have Had In A Long Time ! It Realy Was Good ! All Of The Comments Saying The Staff Are Mad And Deranged And Other Things Like That, It Is True But The Staff Are Brilliant And Can't Do Enough ! But If Your A Young, Single And English Girl Watch Out ! HaHa Not That Am Saying AnyThing Bad Against Them Or AnyThing Lol
The Rooms Are A Little Pokey, But You Can Still, Sleep, Eat, And Shower In Them So Am Not Complaining !
But Overall It Was Great !
