Club Atrium Apartments

Well where can I begin. Arrived at club atrium at 6 in the morning, excellent reception on arrival the staff took our cases to our room for us often taking 3 at a time up the stairs.
We stayed on the third floor, room was good enough for us, but air con was in the bedroom area so we needed to hire a fan, maid service was good, and they often made pretty patterns with the sheets and left flowers on the bed.
Due to being quite a lively family it didn’t take us long to get to know the staff around the hotel, especially the waiters who were always up for a laugh and often getting chucked in the pool by Jason - Oscar being one of the most frequent but he left the Atrium before the end of our stay.
Ashcombe man, sexbomb, Mehmet - captain, musa - captain, jack aka sezai, little Mustafa, ebo, Oscar, chef - didn't know his name, melly , ali and any I have missed your all fab and work really hard for little money.
The grey shirts on poolside that change to white shirts at night to work in Havana and Cuba are great too these speak little English but do a great job at waiting on you, to name a couple serat and Omar.
Ozzy the pool entertainer come waiter at night was fab so energetic and he made good friends with Jason, Ozzy wife Sasha is lovely too she is English and very helpful - she works on the photo shop opposite Havana. Sashas colleagues Gokhan photo editor(Shane as I call him) and Hakan the photographer are brilliant and produce excellent photos - its amazing what they can do to make the perfect pic! Gokhan and Hakan really looked after me on my hol. Missing you gokhan so much!
Customer care team - big Mustafa and chahesh? were helpful but I made good friends with the English customer care, ginger and jewels they are engaged and work great as a team they would always come over for a chat when they spotted me, and ginger even used his first aid skills to treat my infected bite so that I didn’t get a big hospital bill. Well done ginger!!
The owners of the complex are a married couple the lady is Jane who is English and I can’t remember her husband’s name who is Turkish, but they are lovely and always around to help or for a general chat you wouldn’t think they owned the place and more unless u were told I though Jane was her on her hols.
Technical service are great too I managed to block my shower and the fridge gave up on us but both were fixed within minutes.

Bad points - Need to have full length mirrors in the rooms ! That’s about it
We spent most of our time with in the complex as all the staff kept us entertain especially Ozzy for pool games and sexbomb for the teatime round at 4pm where he dress up and sells the most fab cake while walking around poolside.
As a 25 yr old single girl I received very little hassle at all on this holiday, the person that I did have a bit from has now left the atrium. Infact I think I hassled them to much - well you need to take advantage of someone waiting on you all night.
Gokhan, Hakan, Sasha, Ozzy, JJ, ginger, jewels, lil Mustafa and ebo miss you already and only been back a few hours I’m hoping come back in September don’t worry I will bring the English tea and marmite.

Where to start! This place is fantastic, rooms not luxurious but clean + functional but if you on holiday you shouldn't be in your rooms!
The staff are some of the most fun, friendly people you could wish to meet legends in their own right. I went with the family including 2 kids 3 and 4 years old, the staff were amazing with them helping encourage them to eat their meals and dance etc.
Only bad point of the holiday was straining my ankle ligaments playing football with Ozzy and other guests, when I got back one of the bar staff met me off the ambulance and carried me (which is no mean feat!) to the rest of my group.
Had a dilemma taking a shower with a cast on my leg, but Ozzy volunteered to help and rang his wife to pick some cling-film up from Marmaris centre.
The Restaurant was great with wonderful food (as was the food available all day round the pool) and tried a cocktail or two and the same staff from round the pools so you felt so at home while in the resort.
Many activities around the resort if staying in, which we did mostly i.e. tug of war (over the pool!), water polo, volleyball, 5 a side footy pool tournaments + more.
Some fantastic entertainment also in the Havana Gardens/Bar all free must see the Michael Jackson tribute. Lots of great memories and I’m sure we're all going back if not later this year then next defo.
Thanks for a great time to all staff! Ebo, Ozzy (Belly-Dancing King, hahaha!), Romeo (who helped me dunk my dad in the pool on his bday!), sex-bomb, Oscar (what a character!), Ginger (who gave me one of the entertainers walking sticks to help me round after the accident) and all the other guys + girls. Will see ya all again.

Just arrived back from my second time at Atrium and had again a fantastic time. You can’t beat it there is something for everyone. The staff are great (ebo, sex bomb, jack and ozzy just to name a few). Maid service daily although basic very clean and tidy. Something wrong if you don’t like it here. We went on the Jeep safari this year it was fantastic real fun day out. The staff at the kids club are good always keep the kids entertained. Food also fantastic something for everyone’s taste. I am going back next June to get married at Club Atrium as a great deal on a wedding package. Wish we were still there. See ya all next year.

We have just arrived back from our first holiday in Turkey. We had a great time, my two little boys aged 2 and 4 loved it.
The pools were ideal for them and there was entertainment every night and a large play area for the kids.
I would recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially those with children, a good all round place to stay.

I have just arrived home from a week long holiday at Club Atrium for my 21st, and can't wait to go back in September. I loved it that much.
The hotel was lovely and very clean and tidy; the food was also very good.
The staff are amazing and keep you entertained all day long. Hello to Sex-Bomb!(Momma misses you!)
For people who do not rate this complex very well... what are you thinking? It's fantastic, and great for a laugh. This is going to be the only place I ever visit from now on.

Having booked this holiday up in Jul 06 and having read all the reviews we went with an open mind. This was my second visit to Turkey having previously visited Istanbul - I said I would never return, but Marmaris awaited us.
The complex was great for kids, the undercover play area was brilliant (when it rained and when it was 44 degrees!). The pools were clean, my 2 year old and 5 year old loved the place, and the JMC kid’s club reps were brilliant even though there were not many kids in at the moment.
The hotel rooms were spotless, cleaned every day, new linen and towels, they were comfortable with TV and good showers. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the entertainment in the complex was OK. Mustafa was the star of place, helpful etc. but not too overbearing like the rest. These were the good points.
And now for the bad...
Marmaris itself in a dump, the beaches are the worst I've been to (we did know not to expect much), but they were worse, cigarette ends, bottles, cans, rubbish.
The walk from the Atrium is about 15 mins (with a 5 year old walking and a pushchair) and a 72 year old, so not too far but on the way you pass about 15 restaurants with the usual overbearing men trying to entice you inside, and about 10 shops all selling the worst fake designer goods I've ever seen, and it's even worse when you get down to the main road in Marmaris.
Even more shops selling the worst designer fake goods which is OK if that's your thing. We travelled to Icmeler most of the time on the Dolmus (takes about 10 mins and costs 1 Tl 75, it drops you off by the beach or the market.
Icmeler is lovely, a nicer beach! (Not by much). Not so in your face restaurants, generally a lot more relaxed, cleaner and friendlier. The markets are another thing - don't bother unless you want the same fake stuff as all the shops sell.
The marina in Marmaris is lovely, you can walk for ages past all these restaurants set in the cliffs (again the hassle you get to go in them is like nothing I’ve experienced) and past all the big boats (great for people watching).
My husband and I had a fantastic meal at a restaurant in the Netsel marina called Pineapple, proper white tablecloth, cutlery, great food and service, but not cheap.
All the restaurants including the Havana at the Atrium sell exactly the same food at nearly the same prices, we did find the September restaurant near the Atrium which was good and kids under 8 ate free all the time and it was buy one get one free on all drinks!!!!! Rainbow was also great for food, entertainment, and service.
We did the Jolly Roger cruise with Thomas Cook which was great and the waterpark was OK if you go not expecting much, there are loads of other trips you can do but were not good if you had small children.
I could go on, and on and on.... but I won't for your sake.
I guess by reading this review you will gather we shall not be returning to Turkey.
I suggest anyone thinking of Turkey for the first time to think about it.

This was our first visit to Turkey, we knew people who had been to Marmaris but not these apartments, so we read all the reviews on the site before we went.
Most of the reviews being positive about the Club Atrium, after coming home we read them all again. We wish we were still there. We had a really enjoyable holiday, we agree with most, the staff are very friendly Jack, Ozzy, SexBomb and Oscar are the main ones who go out of their way to get to know you but all the staff are very friendly and nothing is any trouble for them.
The pools are very nice, the staff even keep you entertained around the one of the pools daily with darts, water polo and various other things going on.
The food was good ,with plenty of places to eat, although you are encouraged stay within the Havanah bar, which suited us as they provide nightly entertainment (I agree about the karaoke but just because it’s not our cup of tea, it will be somebody else’s and they've got to cater for all).
Turkey seems to be a place you either love or hate, we loved it and can't wait to go back. It was a holiday we didn't want to end!

Had an amazing holiday at these apartments. They were extremely clean with maid service daily. The pool area was spotless.
I would advise to go for Turkish bath within the complex as you can get private ones with yourself and friends, or family and it is females which do the baths.
The Havanah bar was amazing for food, I am vegetarian, and the choice was great.
Cuba bar was also really good; because we went early on in the season it wasn’t really busy.
The bar staff were all amazing. Moosah, Mustaffa, Mhemet, Ebo, Jack and Sunner were all the ones who made an impression they were all fantastic.
We have now booked up to go back in September and also next June.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Club Atrium. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Turkey. It’s such a friendly atmosphere.
Free entertainment every night on the complex with fantastic shows. Bar, restaurant, shops, supermarket, footy pitch, pool tables, beauty salon, and a kid’s play area all on site. Great food and good drinks offers. No need to even leave the complex.
Two large pools, waiters even bring your drinks so you don’t even have to get off the sunbed! Apartments are cleaned everyday with flowers arranged on your bed. It’s just amazing, everyone is so nice.
S.bomb, ebo, hakan, jake are just a few of the great waiters that you will meet. They’re more like friends to me now! They are always up for a laugh dancing on the stage and dressing up. You will not be disappointed.
Great for kids also because there are people in the kid’s area that look after the kids while you can enjoy a meal or drink and still see the kids playing. After 12 the bar is all closed off with soundproof glass so the music doesn’t bother people in the apartments. It’s just too good to be true. I love it so much I can’t wait to go back.
Watch the sunrise from the mountain tops, it’s unbelievable, don’t forget your camera!

We had a fab holiday; service was great although the staff are maybe a bit too friendly especially bar and photography.
Evening entertainment was great and the whole service was brilliant. Watch for the love rats.
The hotel was excellently equipped and the beauty facilities were brill. Food was exceptional. Excellent for a family holiday. Security on site and loads to do.
Overall time excellent.
