The Ripley Court Hotel really is a great hotel. Firstly, it has an excellent central location - the prefect base for those in Dublin to shop or sightsee. The airport bus stops at the bus station around the corner which was very handy. We also took a local train along the coast - The train station is close to the hotel which was very convenient for us.
The rooms are large spacious and spotlessly clean. We were supplied with towels and clean sheets daily. There was a hairdryer, safe, iron and board and guest tray which was replenished daily.
I must commend the friendly and helpful staff. They were lovely.
The restaurant serves excellent food. The menu has plenty of choice and is keenly priced. Most impressive of all is the value for money this hotel offers. I booked directly with the hotel's own website and got a good midweek deal. I was very impressed and will return again on my next visit to Dublin.

We visited the Ripley court in February. This was the second time we've visited Dublin and the second time we have really enjoyed it.
Ripley Court is set in a good location particularly well situated for easy access to O'Connell St, which is the main street in Dublin.
The breakfast was served but you could ask for as much or as little as you liked.
The rooms were rather large for just 2 people with free equipment, such as an iron and board, safe and tea/coffee tray.
All staff were friendly and helpful, we would certainly visit again.

We had a lovely 2 nights staying in this hotel. The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. All the staff were helpful and pleasant.
The hotel was particularly well situated for easy access to O'Connell St which is the main St in Dublin. Real value for money - we would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Dublin.

We were booked into this Hotel as a birthday/xmas present and it was lovely. The hotel is very plush and clean, rooms were a good size, good security, locked parking, in a great location - walking distance to shops, close to the bus drop off point from the airport (747 stop).
The only things that I could possibly moan about are not being able to book by card online, cold toast at breakfast and the bar staff weren't very welcoming therefore the bar was almost empty even though it was a busy rugby weekend in Dublin! But I would still recommend the hotel.

The hotel is next to the railway line and you can hear the trains. It is clean, room bit on the small size. We had no soap in the shower and no coffee in the drinks tray first night.
When booking in the lad at reception I think he didn't what to be there, I’m sure you know what I mean, but booking out the girl was most helpful. The hotel ok but I wouldn't pay the full price, we had a mid week special.

This hotel is very handy for the city centre, only about 5 minutes walk to O'Connell Street, although Talbot Street where it is situated is a little seedy in parts. The hotel itself was nice and clean and bigger than we expected.
The chap at reception when we arrived was a right miserable so and so, obviously didn’t want to be there, but the lady when we checked out was lovely. The breakfast was pretty grotty, not very warm, and the fried eggs were actually cold!
The room was nice and clean, spacious and overall it's good value for money. We had a 2 night midweek break which is a special offer. We did not eat a lunch or dinner at the hotel so can't comment on the other food. The drinks at the bar were expensive.
Overall, if you just use it as a base, it's in a good location and just right for a couple of nights. We've never been to Dublin before - it's mad!, really busy and vibrant. Lots of places to eat (try La Pizza who do a good value teatime special).
The pubs are fantastic as they're all smoke free and the staff were all really welcoming. Take one of the tour buses round the whole route, its worth it to see the bits you would usually miss, and puts the area into perspective. We flew with Ryanair, cheap and cheerful but definitely worth the 1p fare!!!
Excellent bus links to/from the airport too.

This hotel is right in the heart of Dublin city. Everything is within walking distance. The DART train runs along the back of it and the bus station is just around the corner. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
Fresh towels were left in every day. The TV is big. Every room as tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is good quality but slightly limited choice. Staff are friendly Nice bar and restaurant on-site. It's great value for money. I would recommend to anyone and I will definitely stay again!

Ideal for stag and hen weekends, hotel great value, and really well located, within 5 minutes of the 'Dart' bus station, and 15 minutes taxi ride away from the port, and less than half an hour away from the airport.
The hotel is a short walk away from the delights of Dublin, and within 15 minutes away from Temple Bar and all of the nightlife, which is fantastic. The pubs and surrounding clubs are open all hours.

stayed at the ripley court 9th of march, asked for quiet room and was pleasantly surprised
with an lovely room and o so quiet for the center of dublin, bliss.
In the morning I decided to breakfast early only to find that they also appear to cater for a sizeable amount of dublins construction workforce.which is realy neather hear nor there but to have to serve 40 to 50 breakfasts in short space in the morning quality goes out the window. I was dished up cold bacon, sausage, beens, and cold toast on a cold plate by poorly trained polish staff who obviously havent a clue what an irish breakfast should consist of and must think that the irish ar an easy bunch of gob[-] to eat sutch muck.
I award 1 point for the coffey.
but it wasnt finished yet.
when I returned my keyswipe to the desk the reseptoinist coulnd be bothered to raise her eyes,
even the obsequious american `have a nice day` would have done. No, just ignored away from the hotel, like I had never been. `charming.`
