My husband and I returned from a weeks's holiday at this hotel last week.
While the hotel, facilities and staff were first class we were very disappointed that after we had checked into this hotel we were told that they had overbooked and we would have to spend two nights at their sister hotel.
We had specifically chosen this hotel as it was for adults only. The sister hotel was not and the room we were given overlooked the outside bar and pool and was very noisy. The following day my husband rang the Alinn Boutique and arranged that we could use all their amenities for the two days.
When we finally moved into the Alinn Boutique we found that there were at least three other couples that had the same problem!!
All be it we had a wonderful time, but I just felt that I should write about this as a warning for people thinking of going to make sure they check the availability of their room on arrival before checking in to the hotel. Once you have checked in there is no proof to show that you have been moved to another hotel.

From the moment you arrive at this hotel you know you are on to a winner. The hotel looks amazing and thats just the beginning. The food is excellent with a good variety on offer through out the day to keep even the most hungry satisfied. The views are breath-taking. The hotel its-self is quite due to its adult only (16+) policy making for a very relaxing time. While its location means that the beach is also relatively empty with free sun loungers avaiable and shuttle bus service to and from through out the day.
So that just leaves the staff, for me this is where the hotel excels! The staff are friendly and fun, while still being professional. We had the most wonderful time there I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!

Just returned from two weeks of relaxation. the Best holiday in turkey, staff very good from the cleaners, waiters, bar staff in fact everybody. will be going back next year.
The hotel is imaculate and the gardeners keep the grounds in tip top condition. the bar at the beach that serves beer and wine and lunch time food is another great all inclusive bonus.

We have just returned from a week at the alinn. we cannot fault this hotel, the staff were very friendly especially mutla (happy) and her hubby salih. The rooms were lovely, views breathtaking, food delicious, (especially the fresh pancakes made daily) the beach was stunning and we made lots of friends as it is only a small hotel the mood is very friendly. We are sad the holiday had to come to an end and will definately be going back.

My girlfriend and I have just stayed here for the last week and had possibly the best time ever. The hotel is 15 -20mins max from the airport dead easy to get there and cheap (20 quid in a local cab - 50 Turkish Lira) we wanted to be in the sun, relax and have a chilled out hol. We got that and so much more.
From the minute you arrive you greeted with smiles, drinks and the friendliest staff ever. They are forever smiling, working cleaning and always want to please you more and more. Mr Orcun who works there as gaffer (AKA Cristiano Ronaldo) is a lovely bloke and was so nice all trip - top top man.
The staff are all lovely and always seem to be cleaning up and keeping on top of the hotel - its spotless everywhere.
My girlfriend has a nut alergy so for her most of the food she couldnt touch but they made sure they cooked her seperate food every night and couldnt have done more for her. Mutlu & Salih (cheers Buddy) and Mr Orcun were top people always helping and always smiling no matter what we asked them to help us with.
We had a standard room and these were very nice indeed, a tad small but really no issues what so ever and plenty storage space and good AC helps.
The food is unreal, lots of variety and good selection every night of the week and BBQ food most nights. The puddings are to die for and so nice. Really if you like meat and more meat you cant be lost here. There also an a la carte rest but we didnt try this as the normal buffet food was perfect and right up are street.
The hotel has two pools, one is massive and both are superb and spotless as well, pool tables, table tennis and darts as well so never nothing to do thro the day.
However at night apart from a sat which is turkish night theres not much to do at the hotel, we often had dinner and then just had a few drinks at the hotel bar then an early night. Anyway if you in the sun all day an early night isnt too bad.
There is a disco at the hotel if you do want a late one tho.
Also hotel is adults only so no noisy little kids making noise or messing around the pool - so if you dont want kids or dont have them - this is the place for you.
Location wise this is brilliant as well. I read all reviews before I went and heard people complain about the "steep hill" this hotel is on, but then they said the views were amazing???. What do people expect if they want good views of the surrounding area and sea??? the hotel cant be built on ground level can it. -)
The hotel is built on a hill to a degree but the hotel runs a free shuttle bus every hour to and from the beach (takes about 10 seconds to get there on bus). The village osanami is about 10 mins walk but if you go there def walk there and get a taxi back as it saves climbing the hill to the hotel. Taxi back is about 10 lira which is nothing.
The beach is great and the hotel has its own hut where you can get beer, water and free sunchairs for your time at the beach. Plenty of water sports there as well and places to eat. Worth a visit.
The small village is good with a few bars and rest which do good food and a decent beer for good prices. For all your trips there def pick sarigerme tours. This place is run by Oz and he is a top man and will bend over backwards for you. His trips are superb and so cheap and he'll keep you laughing all day thro the trip. We done the 12 island tour and a shopping trip to Marmaris with his company. Check his website out for trips, advice and info on the area too. I did before i went and booked airport transfers with him too, cheaper than two taxis locally. = http://www.sarigerme.net/
I always say I never want to go back to the same place twice but if anywhere in the world id go, Alinn botique is up there at the top. Superb hotel and the nicest staff in the world. Dont hesitiate to book a holiday at this hotel and location....you wont be let down at all.

This is a fantastic luxurious hotel ideal for anyone looking for a very relaxing break. Definitely a 5 Star!
The hotel is only 20 mins away from the airport (taxi cost about 40 euro each way). We were welcomed when we came out of the taxi at the hotel and our bags taken to reception where the very friendly staff brought us fresh melon while we checked in. We were then taken up to our room.
Everywhere is completely spotless, from the impressive marble reception to the gardens, pool area etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is always plenty of staff serving at the bars so you don't have to wait long.
The hotel is set up on a hill where with spectacular views over the beach in a really quiet area. There are 2 pools with plenty of sunloungers round about and even hammocks by the pool and in the shaded trees. It is very peaceful during the day as there it is for over 16s only.
There is a shuttle bus down to the beach every hour where beer and fruit juices can be found in the hotel beach bar which is part of the all inclusive system. Sandwiches are also available between 12 and 2.
There is a woman making pancakes near the pool every day which are fantastic. The food in the restaurant is fantastic with lots of different choices every day and the presentation is superb. The manager is always walking about the hotel making sure everything is ok, and if something is not he makes sure it is corrected immediately!
There is no entertainment in the evenings apart from a small disco after midnight which you don't hear, as it is underground. There are pool tables and table tennis and a selection of board games that can be used. Also there is free internet access.
The Turkish bath is free, however I only went in once, and it wasn't very warm. There are plenty of beauty treatments available which I heard people saying were great and reasonably priced too.
Sarigerme itself is just a wee village with a few bars and restaurants; the Sunday market is a must though!
Overall a great place, where you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I have just returned from what I can only describe as the most relaxing holiday we have ever experienced. As the hotel is quite new there are relatively few reviews on it, so before I booked I dug around a little looking at photos and what reviews there were. I was quietly confident that it would be good but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was Great!
The holiday included transfers from the airport and after a very civilised 4 hour flight, one quick phone call to the hotel and we found the taxi driver waiting for us. We were taken in a brand new air conditioned mini bus to be be met at the hotel (about 20 mins away) by very cheerful, polite and well dressed staff. To our shame everyone spoke perfect English and we were instantly made very welcome.
For some reason we were upgraded into the grey turret you can see on the photos which was simply stunning. With views over the pools, mountains and sea it couldn't have been better. The only downside was the air conditioning was broken but after mentioning it a large fan was provided, which was more than adequate as despite the beautiful room with en suite and industrial power shower, fridge with free bottled and fizzy water and fruit juices we didn't spend very long in there, preferring to be in the amazing surroundings.
All meals are buffet service, with omelettes made to order for breakfast, with lots of meats and cheeses, fab fresh breads and honey, cereal jam etc etc. Lunches and dinners were the same, but with good choices of meat and fish dishes, way too many salad choices and then the chefs cooking outside for you to help yourselves to. Drinks at lunch and dinner were brought to your table by the attentive staff who would remember what you drank and rarely left you with an empty glass.
There are 2 bars, one by the restaurant and one called the Panorama bar both serving everything you could want. Only a couple of die hard G&T fans bemoaned the fact that as they only drank a certain brand they had to pay for it. There are cocktails of the day, beer, a very drinkable red and white wine and more spirits than I knew what to do with. The service was always excellent with the staff serving you at your table or you going to the bar yourself. Bottled water was always available and ice cold. You are able to have an A La Carte meal, which I would recommend you book up the day you arrive as it isn't every night and gets booked up quite quickly. We had a really lovely meal which is served at the Panorama bar on beautifully laid out tables with fabulous service. It was fish, and was lovely, although my husband was a little hungry after but I think that was more because he was used to stuffing his face in the buffet than the lack of food!
The pools were amazing, and so clean. There were gardeners there, the proof being the immaculately kept gardens but you would be hard pushed to see them. Cleaners kept the hotel and grounds in an amazing condition, and the bug man would spray the areas nearest the restaurant and bars to keep the pests away. There are 2 free pool tables, table tennis and chess and backgammon boards all available after 0900. The hotels sports lady was great, doing morning aerobics for those who were interested and quietly encouraging people to join in the 1 or 2 activities during the day. Sometimes people were up for it and sometimes not, but no one was bullied into it and they never intruded on anyone's peace and quiet.
You would occasionally hear some music from the Panaorama Bar but to be honest it was so occasional and quiet you'd have to strain to hear it at all. There are free shuttle runs to the private beach every hour, where you can also get beer, coffee, water and a sandwich at lunch time. All the sun loungers at the hotel and beach have nice padded cushions so comfort was never an issue.
A word of warning though.... do not go to the Alinn if you like loud exciting holidays. It is an adults only spa resort. There are no loud discos or entertainment in the evening with the exception of the Turkish Night where they have dancers by the pool. It is quiet, peaceful and classy. Nobody was drunk or loud, there wasn't any swearing and despite the Russians apparently able to take children, there weren't any when we were there and I doubt they would be the loud annoying variety even if they were there.
We had a great time, and are already checking our holiday dates for next year. It was HOT every day and that is mid September. I would thoroughly recommend it. Oops, nearly forgot about the free Turkish Baths, Sauna, Spa treatments (very reasonable priced) indoor pool, jacuzzis, gym, tennis court and mountain bikes! Oh, there was a disco in the basement but everyone was so tired after a day of doing nothing, and as it was tucked away in the basement in a sound proofed room it was easy to forget it was there! Enjoy your holiday!

The food could not be faulted--10 out 0f 10--the al a carte was fish based only and eaten on the terrace whilst being pestered by cats and mosquito's. The hotel tried to charge some brits for using the facilities (anything was quoted from £10 per head to £25 to use a room). Food after check out was extra, after we had checked out whilst awaiting a taxi for our trip to the airport (no courtesy room or baggage room was provided). I went to say goodbye to friends at the pool, left my luggage in reception, when I came back to collect it the hotel staff had sent it on a coach to the airport, this caused a security incident at the airport and was embarrassing.
Some under-age Russian children appeared at various times during my two week stay, if you like to eat your meals surrounded by people smoking you sit outside, if you want to eat in a smoke free environment you sit indoors to eat.
The entertainment is belly dancers on a Saturday night, no other entertainment is provided. Two weeks is too long but one week to recharge the batteries is ideal. The pool sports are run by a rep that will not allow you to carry on playing whether you want to or not (she quoted to one chap who asked why? "I am tired", we invited her in to play water polo but she declined saying she did not play.
The people at the quiet pool were never asked by a rep to join in any of the games or tournaments and were often oblivious to the fact that anything sporting was going on due too the lack of an outgoing rep or a notice board.
One of the senior waiting staff was often seen to be bullying the younger staff, he also liked to annoy diners and drinkers, he eventually got a warning but only after complaints by tourists, all in all a nice chill out place but the hotel is known in the local town as a Russian Hotel, although the Russians tend to keep themselves within their groups and nationalities.

The hotel itself is on top of a steep hill, with no other hotels around. The view is fantastic. The village of Sarigerme is a ten minute walk away. It's no problem getting to the village, but it's a steep hike uphill to get back. Taxi is only around £4.
The rooms are lovely, and very clean. The balcony is very small, but we were never in our room all day, so we never used it much.
The food is excellent. A good variety of everything really. The puddings are to die for. The AI consists of-early breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, snacks (burgers & chips), tea (5pm, with lovely cakes), dinner, and midnight soup. Alcoholic drinks include whisky, vodka, gin etc. There is also a cocktail of the day (a different one every day). The staff are very friendly.
No entertainment to speak of, which is surprising for a five star hotel. The only night anything happens at the hotel is a Saturday (Turkish night) there are a few stalls selling locally made items, (and fake watches!).
There were always plenty sun beds and parasols. The sun beds themselves were wooden, not the normal plastic ones, very exclusive! The pool was never crowded, in fact some times my husband and I had the pool all to ourselves.
We wanted a totally relaxing holiday, and we got it.
If you want to book any trips, prices are much cheaper in the village. Also, if you have a late return flight, you must pay £30 each to get the AI until your transport arrives, or AI will stop at 12 noon. Well worth it, as we were not leaving till 3AM the following morning, so we also got our room till then, clean towels, and all the food and drink we wanted.
By the way, no children under 16 are allowed to stay at the hotel; however, there were two older children there on the day we left.

When we booked this hotel we didn’t really know what to expect as we didn’t exactly pay much to stay at this 5* hotel, but when we got there it was great!
Our room was on the bottom floor and the first room in the hotel which meant our balcony (which is a tad small) was facing the entrance to the hotel, so I would suggest that you either request a room with a good view or upgrade to a superior room as the views are beautiful and to good to miss out on! However that is the only bad thing about the room. The rooms were clean and large, as was the bathroom. A maid came to clean our room everyday (who was lovely) and we had fresh towels for the bathroom as well as towels for the beach and the pool which was changed every day (so you really don’t need to take a towel at all).
There are three pools and a spa area - all very nice. The loungers were very comfortable but do lay your towels down early to get a good spot!
The beach: I assumed that you could walk to the beach as the hotel says its 800m away (that’s over the cliff!). So you have to get the bus to the beach which came every half an hour which is fine. You can walk but it’s a really steep hill as the hotel is high up and in August it’s too hot to walk!
The hotel has a small bar on the beach as well as loungers and umbrellas! The beach is really beautiful, and there are watersports as well as boat trips which you can book on the beach. The beach only has bars belonging to each hotel along it, there are no shops at all but its worth going, the sea is wonderful.
The town: again you can walk into town (down the really steep hill) or reception are happy to order you a taxi which is around 7 lira. There isn’t much there; its a small strip of shops and bars as well as a market on Sunday which was good. But for better shopping its better to take a trip through the local tour operators. We went on a great trip to fetye market, our guide Adnan was a really fun tour guide and as the resort and hotel can be a bit quiet I would suggest you book a few trips at www.sarigermeholiday.com. Obviously when you are at the hotel you can easily pop down into town and go to their tour desk book as we did. They speak great English and are really helpful and they will come to the hotel and pick you up and drop you home. I would also book the hotel through them as we found out after we could have stayed cheaper if we had booked through them.
I must warn you there is no point in changing the pounds into lira - we made that mistake as Turkey will accept anything and would actually prefer if you paid in £££'s everything is marked in £'s, euros and even dollars. I strongly advise you to change up as little as possible into lira and just take £'s with you that way you wont lose out with the exchange rate.
The food is great, they have a more select amount of dishes which was nice, the food is excellent and well presented the best all inclusive I have stayed in. They have a good selection of drinks as well as 'cocktail of the day' which was included. The hotel does not offer much information but the panorama bar serves burgers and chips from 2-4 everyday which I suggest you try.
I have to say the hotel surroundings are beautiful and this certainly is a relaxing place to go. The evenings did get a tad boring as most people just sit playing card games and the 'disco' was not on at all while we were there. So evening entertainment is limited to the Turkish night once a week.
We enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a great value 5* hotel with fantastic views and a good pool & beach this is the place to go. If you want any kind of nightlife do not come here! I will be going back next time I am stressed out!

We have just arrived back from this hotel and it was outstanding. The view was breath taking. It’s up in the mountains about 20 minutes from the airport pine trees all around the hotel with beautiful hammocks hanging from the trees.
The food was first class and the service was excellent. The people are very friendly and always smiling.
We went on a boat trip for fourteen pounds I would recommend this. The receptionists are very helpful but they do not do any trips you can go down to the town which is about 5 minutes away and book it.
The spa is beauty very good but they don’t speak any English. I had a foam bath which cost 20 pounds.
I would not recommend the beach you can get a free shuttle bus which runs every 30 minutes the beach sun beds was very dirty and the all- inclusive bar only had water and beer. The sand is black it was horrible. I would go back to this hotel well worth it very quite and relaxing holiday the pools are lovely and clean but it hit the 50s too hot!

I'm writing this review while sitting in the reception, the hotel is over booked. This is a common problem at this hotel, reception are trying to move us to all in club 400 metres away and is not adult only!!!!!!
We are sitting this one out but felt anyone arriving later today or in the future should be well warned to ring in advance to check they will have a room. This is not the service and standard of a 5 star hotel. The manager has sat pleading with me to be understanding. So far this has been an awful start to our 7 day holiday - already losing 2 days of it !!!!!
