me and my friend have just got back from a weeks stay in sidari corfu where we stayed at theodosia.
i have to say that i really enjoyed my stay there.
the room was small and basic, two single beds with a wardrobe and small kitchen and bathroom, we also had a small balcony. however all was clean
i was definately pleased, the room being small didnt bother us as we were only there to sleep and did not spend alot of time in the room due to the fact that sidari had plenty to offer. the room was clean. admittedly the towels only got changed twice however my friend did ask for a clean towel and they were happy to provide one.
the pool area was always very clean, the hotel offers (very) basic food if you wish to eat there however i would recommend restaurants in town.
the hotel is situated down a graveley road which is a short walk to town- a max of ten minutes. some people may not like this however as sidari is quite lively at night we found this location perfect as it was quiet yet it never took us long to walk into town.
i loved the resort of sidari, there are some great bars to go to - the falcon, calypso, some really good restaurants and two clubs also. it was a lively resort with alot going on also within reach to go to other places.
i would definately go back to sidari and stay at theodosia.

I went with my boyfirend it was our first holiday alone and we both loved it.Carn't wait 2 go bk as soon as we can. I would defo recommed it xxWe went in july and went into corfu town for the day yes it was so brilliant, shops and people were fantastic but i would say make sure you put a bit of suncream on and drink lots and lots of water or you become dehydrated. I h8 drinking lots of water but i was really into drinking it that week lol.If ur going have fun. The sand is really hot so make sure you put flip flops on when you go down to the beach.

Great place for a holiday. Apartments and bar quiet. Owner and family - contrary to the previous posting - are very friendly if you make the effort to smile! Accomadation as described by Frist Choice, and the apartments are near a quiet beach and some good resturants. Fab place for a quiet holiday but in walking distance of the centre where things are lively

Theodosia was a dreaded place, I was glad to get out of there at the end of the holiday.
When we first got there the owner of the place was very rude and not welcoming at all, and the minute I entered the apartment I thought 'oh no I’ve got to stay here for 2 whole weeks.'
The only thing that kept me sane was that I knew I was going to be going home at the end of the two weeks, also that I didn't have to stay here all day long, because there was no way I wanted to sit round the Theodosia pool all day because the place wasn't very welcoming, I just wanted to get away from that place.
Yet again another big problem, that dreaded road that put you out in the middle of nowhere, to walk that road it seemed on going and yet you had to do it to get away from the place and go and eat at a more welcoming place like Perros pool which was lovely and the managers were lovely people, and also the pool was big, clean and the people round that area seemed very nice and easy to talk to, it as that welcoming we stayed round that pool for most of our holiday.
Lastly, yet another complaint about Theodosia, it was meant to be self catering, but you can't self cater in such a dirty kitchen, each time you opened the cupboard it smelt disgusting, the fridge also smelt, even the cutlery smelt even if you washed it!
I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Just returned from the Theodosia Apts in Sidari and they were surprising quite nice.
We had a 1st floor 2 bedroom appt, which had 2 balconies and a great view of the pool.
The rooms were very basic but very clean. The kitchen consisted of a fridge, small cooker and a row of cupboards and sink of course! and a table and chairs. There was no soft seating area like in other self catering apts.
The maids came in every day to empty the bins etc, but we never had our sheets or towels changed at all. But the apts were very clean.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers. The pool bar was fine and so was the food. Yannis is nice, but won’t give you extra toilet rolls, after the 1st runs out you have to buy your own.
The apts are down a long un paved track. it takes about 7 mins to walk along, we bought a torch for the evening, but when the weather is in the late 30's you don’t want to walk along, and end up staying by the pool.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
