The Hotel suited our needs perfectly, as we have a baby. We found the hotel staff all very polite. There were a lot of German people at the hotel so the entertainment was mainly German orientated to suit them.

Poor Service. Receptionists (all but young dark haired girl) very abrupt, unfriendly and unhelpful. Although only one reception was on site it looked after two hotels but the facilities in each hotel were separate and not interchangeable.

Advice: Nice plays for someone who likes quiet place and wants to rest and get sun-tan.
Activities: swimming a lot, walks, I love mc donalds in Puerto Rico, with TC card was cheaper
