Express By Holiday Inn Hotel

Great base to visit Stratford-upon-Avon (8 miles away) and Warwick. Plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Room was slightly small for 2 adults and 2 children but on a deal of £49 per night including breakfast I certainly can't grumble. Breakfast was a bit hectic in the morning best to get therefore before 8.30 if you don't want to queue for a table. Plenty of choice - cereals, toast, pastries, fruit, yogurts etc. (Free paper too which was a nice touch) Reception staff friendly, but all trainees and conflicting information given on a couple of occasions. Hotel just off motorway so set in rather a busy location, too far to walk with children into Warwick but only a short drive away.
A useful addition was the Brewers Fayre next door which served surprisingly good food and had a separate wacky warehouse which is great if you have kids like us and also want to have a drink and a meal yourselves. If you’re in Warwick try the Warwick Spice Indian restaurant great food and live Satir music on Thursday nights. Great evening.
Overall a clean, basic hotel set in a good area to see the surrounding areas. There is also a bar in the hotel so you can get a drink and take it back to your room (not cheap though). Would return if needed to go to that area again, but personally like a bit more luxury!
