Stayed for Christmas week - went for skiing holiday so didn't expect a smart hotel but it was fabulous. Elegant, spotless with fantastic food and the staff so friendly and helpful.
Very few Brits there but they still made us welcome and there were various events (gala dinners, music, torchlight walks etc) that made it special so a real Italian/Austrian (it’s very close to border) experience.
It’s a 10 min walk to ski centre but the shuttle bus on hand all the time for a lift, and about 10 mins walk to local village and bus to nearest town - Brunico, runs close to hotel.
For a ski hotel a perfect location and we couldn’t fault it - brilliant hotel.
We haven’t stayed in many but it is the best we have been to!
