Couldn't find any reviews of this villa before we went on holiday, so adding to this one.
We also booked through Style holidays for one week in mid-September 2006.
The building, grounds and pool were very quiet, pleasant and well
maintained, possibly the best we've stayed at to date, inside is spacious with enough plates and utensils for about 30 people, does have an oven, dish washer and microwave, didn't come across a washing machine but could have been in the boiler room which we didn't venture into. Also includes a TV, although the only English channel was CNN.
One thing to point out, staying here you will almost certainly be hiring a car, if you get the option, pay for an excess waiver, it is almost guaranteed the car with come in contact with either bushes or high walls on the narrow roads approaching the villa so perhaps better to save yourself the worry.
On arrival we were supplied with a small box of supplies, bread, milk, cheese etc, useful to get you started, the nearest large supermarket is a few miles away on the road to Porto Pollensa.
Our only real grumble was the bath/shower's could have been cleaner (dirt/hair from previous guests), some of this may be explained by the fantastically hard local water but not all, also kitchen surfaces could have been cleaner (dirt/crumbs etc). Sheets were clean and towels were replaced at least twice within the week.
This was our first ever holiday in a villa so can't compare against anything else but overall were happy and wouldn't have any hesitation going back, if you want something out of the way and quiet then this is the place for you.

I am writing this as I was unable to find any review before we went on holiday.
Booked with Style Holidays. This is the third time we have been on a villa holiday in the Pollensa area & this has got to be the best villa yet. As usual with villas in Mallorca it is down small lanes about 5KM from P & 10 KM from PP.
Surrounded by an orchard, the villa as 2 twin rooms (one upstairs with shower & toilet), 1 downstairs & a double bedroom. There is a bathroom & toilet in between the bedrooms.
Kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room & lounge are all one open plan room.
Villa has large covered veranda, grassed areas & good size pool, with steps in for small kids. Pool very clean, which filtration system on a time to run at differing times during the day.
At night most of the outside lights (including pool) are on a timer. There is a BBQ just outside the kitchen door.
Having been to the other villas, which are often poorly equipped, we usually bring good knives etc with us but not necessary here. There are more plates, glasses etc here as well as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Maid service was also very good. Towels changed twice during each week & the sheets half way through.
We already knew the area was great for easy access to the beach & selection of places to eat.
Lots of furniture is you have people visiting as well. If you are looking for a great villa for a family holiday then this is the place for you.
