Resort is very special - a real winter wonderland with un-crowded slopes, short lift queues, friendly locals - so polite and welcoming and great ski school with small classes and they all have great English.
Food not as expensive as we had expected - ski cafes had 'normal' prices and supermarket is excellent with 'normal' prices too.
Stayed at Skalsbyn apartment - great - right by slopes so ski in ski out and clean, warm, spacious and well equipped.
Went with Neilson and flights/transfers very smooth and rep great.
Not a place for lively après ski but for families it is excellent - felt very safe and it is a real quality resort with none of the chaos of busy French or Austrian lifts/slopes/mountain restaurants.
May not be suitable for very experienced skiers but for beginners/improvers and families with young children a fantastic choice.
It was cold but not uncomfortable or limiting and daylight went about 5/5.30 but night skiing twice a week was fun!
