restaurant - food delicious,
staff - almost nobody can speak english, we were really struggling to make a conversation, however they are friendly and polite
Bar - very cosy. But a bit expensive.
DISADVANTAGES:
Guests are mostly russians!!! to many of them!!! they made made a big noise!!!
They almost owned the sauna and jackuzi! Russian children did make a big mess everywhere, especially in sauna and jackuzi!! it was hard to use it!
Location - good, 6-8 minutes walk to belvedare gondola, otherwise ski bus stop just outside the hotel.
2. Neilson's Rep - fantastic guy, polite, really helpful, good knowledge about the ski area, always can get a good advise in case you need one!! easy to reach him! good skiing programme (if you want to take part)
3. ski resort is awesome!! Beautiful views...sun..excellent ski conditions on slopes!!! I would highly recommend Val di fassa + Val gardena.
