Only downside was that I was robbed whilst staying here! Quite a clever scam actually - they didn’t take Lithuanian money, they took English money, and they didn’t take it all they just took one or 2 notes. The clever bit is that you are unlikely to check your English money until you get home and/or you may not be 100% sure exactly how much English money you had and may think you just miscounted.
Unluckily for them, I was 100% sure how much money I had and they took money from a drawer inside my room not once, but twice! At least one other of my friends in the hotel was also robbed using the same technique (from a wallet inside a bag).
When I reported it to the hotel management they did not call the police - apparently because they would interview me for hours on end and ruin my weekend. MORAL: use the safes or carry money with you at all times.
