We have just come back from a 5 day stay at this lovely hotel and have had a wonderful time with no complaints. Every member of staff was very friendly, the food great we were very comfortable.



As I say everyone was so friendly - from the chambermaids and waitresses to the owners. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were new. Our room was very clean.



The food was gorgeous - I am a fussy eater, but I enjoyed every meal as it was so well prepared and there was always so much choice. The portions were generous and all meals were enjoyable.



The location was ideal with the beach just across the road and another just a short walk away any shops nearby.



We had a great time and are already thinking of coming back again.

This to date is one of the worst holiday experiences I have had, I found Tenby to be a lovely town, but I found the hotel staff, and the condition of the hotel to be appalling. The staff were rude, and didn’t seem to have a care about the guests comfort whilst staying in the hotel. The beds were supposed to have been cleaned and washed when we entered the room for the first time, however they had several stains on them and had merely been "rearranged" I convince people reading this, if you want to have a nice holiday in Tenby, do not choose this hotel.
